  Not much information in basic. No work history or family information. Thought I was only signing up for one month. Now see I signed up for monthly billing and that is something that I do not want.

  They did not live up to their advertisement. I was given very little information. For example my husband has 3 emails that I know of and they only gave me 1. He has 2 facebooks that I know of they said he has none. I will be requesting a refund and cancelling for sure.

  This site offers social media profiles and I know the people I did background checks on have social media accounts so I am not pleased at all with the results. Then after purchasing a subscription I am told I have to pay to upgrade to get more premium features? This is false advertising at its finest. I want my money back!

  Very limited information. Most I already knew. Not worth the amount I paid. Very poor format to follow and loaded with offers to update and pay more. How disappointing. Far cry from other websites that actually give you what is offered. Do not intend to continue membership. Not worth my time or money.

  First of all the information that they say you can get from them is false. They say they can give you your employment history when calling customer service two representatives told me they can't do that. I told them what their website said and they called me a liar and told me to prove it to them. So I went to their web page took the picture and sent it to them. Only then would they return my money and cancel my subscription. My advice to the company stop calling people liars when they tell you something is wrong and stop advertising what you can't do!!

  Promises a lot, delivers very little. The "upsell" in particular amounts to a bait-and-switch. Buyer beware.

  Scammed. Even if its a trial period you should let us add more information for to help narrow it down unless you update to a premium plan. Too many people with the same name and i was not going to look through each and every one of them just to see if they were still alive. Hope I get my money back back that you took out early!
