    I found the report procedures to be very incomplete and informative. Yawls records indicate not up-to-date records, and the information that I requested was not present based on the services that you said you provided. So therefore I canceled my subscription.     Easy to use for my purpose- the name I sought was not located- like I figured. I then searched a "trusted" name and received results I could confidently verify for reliability of the results. Didn't like that I had to upgrade for "full" With that- to have to upgrade to premium for "2X's the records"- and the site makes it appear those were included- not transparent with the fees for result.

    Not worth the money at all. I was trying to find my own information, and it didn't give anything that you couldn't find with a ****** search.

    Your ads are very misleading! It says I had criminal records but once purchased the information was NOT correct. I had no criminal records! I only went into my account to see if you had someone else attached to my account because I know I I have no records! Youre a rip off! When I went to get refund, I could only get a partial refund because I activated my report. This is bull c*** and you are a fraud as far as Im concerned! **************** was nice and cooperative and cant blame them for how the company trains them. I will never fall for your ands or information again! No I will never recommend anyone!
