      Got a bill from this company for a presumed visit from my daughter over 2 years ago... Neither my daughter nor I recognize this business. Tried to log in to the billing website that the letter provided, and couldn't get in (wrong birthdate for patient? I was there when she was born.) I think they pulled the information from somewhere. Watch out for old-fashioned mail (not e-mail) fraud.

      I received a bill dated 4/2/24 in the amount of $602.30 for a date of service listed 1/3/22. I called and emailed Rume to inquire about this bill and to appeal the bill. I did not receive a response back and am at a loss as to how to move forward in communicating with them.I need to speak with a live representative to understand why my insurance was not billed for this charge but am unable to speak with anyone.

      SHOCKED to open my mail today (April 9, 2024) to find a bill for $832.10 for a Covid test back on June 10, 2022. This is odd since I was told the Covid test was free and I even have a screenshot of a digitally signed receipt test showing the fee of $0.00. Called the only number provided on the bill and the automated system stated the delay was due to the sheer volume of billings and issues with insurance. I was unable to get ahold of a live agent. It appears to be a scam or the new company attempting to generate money, even though the Covid tests were advertised to be free. I have insurance and it doesn’t appear an attempt was made to charge my insurance.

      I received a free Covid testing way back on December 2021 at the Covid Clinic in the local community center where it was clearly advertised as FREE Covid testing.       I received and EOB form my insurance carrier for a claim filed on 10/23/23 for my grandson. Date of service was 12/7/21 for an office visit. This facility is in **************** ** and we live in Ventura County. My grandson has never been to this facility, nor to any other doctor's than our own. This is a fradulaent bill.
