      May 6,2024 I reported no internet, A replacement router and power supply were sent however the power supply was for a different model. This was reported to the company and we were assured that a replacement would be sent. A power cord was shipped but no power supply. We contacted them again and next a power supply mounting bracket was sent. Still no power supply. We were now into June. I was assured that the correct item was ordered (June 7) and because of Manufactuing delays would ship between June 28 - July 2. July 3 I sent another email stating that we still had no idea of when we would receive it and that I planned to send their equipment back since it is non functional. They still claim manufacturing problems yet they are selling the same model to hundreds of folks. It appears to me that since we are not paying for a replacement they are discriminating. They just want to sell kits and not stand behind their products

      They charged us for equipment when we already have just needed service. Can't contact by phone, only by email and I can't get them to respond to them.

      Poor communication and no customer service. I received a duplicate billing for $150 dollars and it has been months and still no resolution. I ended having to do a charge back from bank because they would not resolve. Now two months later, it is like I never had a conversation with them and they have locked account so it can not be used.

      Stated on Aug 25' 23 I would receive my deposit refund. However, we are now on Oct 12' 23 with no refund. No way to contact them, not online or within the app, there is no 'thumbs' down option. Scam

      I requested a refund for my deposit from 10.20.2022, and have still never received it. It was for *****, and the contact number on my credit card does NOT Dial. It is past the 6 months for my credit card dispute, and I am very angry.

      They start billing 2 weeks after you receive the equipment whether you have activated it or not. When you reach out to them, they site their terms of service and tell you there is nothing they can do, you are out the money and need to cancel your account.

      I have been dealing with connection issues with my starlink for coming close to a month now and starlink finally responded to my multiple messages by closing my ticket and saying my dish, which is installed at the top of a three story building, isn’t high enough. The response from customer support is so bad that I almost wish that I hadn’t gotten one. When the service works it works but when it goes down you will wish you had never bothered getting it in the first place.

      We have a Starlink Business subscription, $500 a month, and $2,500.00 hardware. Equipment failed, and service has been down for almost 1 week and support will not respond to ticket for assistance.
      -No phone number
      -No email address
      -No support from online-account ticketing system


      Radio silence and loosing money by the day...But they always bill us on-time.

      Beware of Starlink. Reliable at times, but if support does not exist, the product should not either.

      I purchased STARLINK kit from **** ***. My sister across the street has STARLINK residential service as well as my mom at her house less than half a mile down from **. We set everything ** and does not allow residential service. Says not available in our area and have to select the higher cost plans for service for less speed and 60% increase in cost. And there is no customer service unless you purchase a plan. Will have to take everything apart and return to Best Buy. A whole day wasted.
