    Its been 9 months since my windows were installed and Im still waiting on the final screen to be delivered. Despite multiple calls and repeated assurances, nothing has happened. This company consistently fails to follow through on their word and struggles with even the most basic communication. Extremely disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend them.

    The companies handling of their mistakes has been horrible. We have been very patient with the wrong number of windows ordered, wrong measurements, and information about the window type we were receiving. We were yelled at my the owner several times and they dodged over 50 calls from us. The only way we could get ahold of anyone was by calling from a different phone, then they promised things and never showed up. We were also told that if we didn't tell the window loan company that the job was finished (which it wasn't) they were going to make another hard inquiry on our credit (this was a lie)-so the company got their money even thought the job wasn't finished. We never had a final walk through and when they came to paint our trim, they painted over dry rot and got white paint on our tan stucco house. My husband physically drove an hour to talk to the owner in person, it turned into a screaming match, a painter was sent out to try to fix our issues, but he was told that he was supposed to work on the inside of the house. When we showed him the trims, he left and their has been no follow-up. We are at a loss of what to do. Hopefully this will help potential new customers think twice about taking their business to them.

    I had an appointment with one of their window specialists to come measure my windows and provide me with a quote, Wednesday Oct 16, 2024 at 1:30PM. It is now 2:15PM, no call-no show. Is this what I can expect moving forward working with this company? F R U S T R A T E D!!!!!!
