  Stop Irs debt !! Has lied for over a year !! Persuaded me to ignore letters from the ***** Had me believing they had my penalties and interest dropped and now Im in a worse situation then I begin with!! Im so scared Im on the verge of loosing everything!! I have filed a dispute with my bank for them stealing unauthorized charges!! No services was provided!! The *** even stated they were rude to several representative and has hung up several times(so watch who I choose to represent me)

  Stop IRS Debt.com has taken my money and never followed through with corresponding with the **** Ive received letter from the *** they have been contacting my POA with no response. I have tried to call no answer or the promises of calling me back and they never do. I took them to court and they did not show up or send a rep to represent them. I won the case and they never paid any of the money back to me. Please beware of these horrible and dishonest people.

  Terrible service, guaranteed me that they could get my back taxes lowered. I paid them in full and had to pull teeth just to get information out of them once the process started. State refused to lower my back taxes, Stop IRS sime jerk attorney replied back to me and said that if I paid them another paymant of '1300.00 that he was sure that he could lower my back taxes and this is after i had paid them the first payment in full. Very unprofessional Attorney and very rude.

  Great company! We found out only a couple days after enrolling that we would no longer have to make monthly payments on my father's back taxes and that they would be absolved after ten years. ********************* was the reason we signed up, his expertise gave ** confidence in the program and he would later go above and beyond to help me with unrelated tax questions and getting me set up as a care taker for my father legally, which he didnt have to do. Highly recommend this company!!!

  Client hired ** for IRS liability of $10,000 in September 2022. We processed the power of attorney, established the collection holds on his accounts, and ordered his IRS transcripts and balances. We called, texted and emailed client for 4 months requesting documents in order to proceed with determining a resolution with no success. Client then decided to hire another CPA and cancel his account with ** instead of providing the necessary documents. We would be happy to discuss the case directly.   I am still working with them, but would not do so again. Call IRS and deal directly with them. This company is charging me $4800.00 and will not save me that much in principle, interest, and penalties. In addition, it is near impossible to get in touch with them by phone. They send me email with request to call them and phone number to call. I have called and waited an hour for them to answer only to be cut off. I have made appt for them to call me but they do not call. Very frustrating.

  ***WARNING*** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO THE *** AND WORK DIRECTLY WITH THEM TO HELP NEGOTIATE PAYMENT PLANS AND HELP WITH YOUR UNPAID TAXES. THE MONEY I SPENT WITH THIS COMPANY, I COULD HAVE JUST PUT DIRECTLY ONTO MY BACK TAXES AND HAD THEM PAID OFF IMMEDIATELY WITH THE ***.   STOPIRSDEBT is the biggest SCAM!! Stay away from them! They will take all your money and then ask for more and lie that they are working on your case but in reality they are not! All they want is your money! If you don't pay they will call you and rudely talk to you! They hung up on me and were telling me to pay more to keep the case open! They will purposely tell you it's taking them time to look into your case just for you to keep paying them! Deal with IRS yourself avoid this scam company and save your $!!! They need to be shut down from all the people they are scamming!! Shame on them!!

  The client hired us to negotiate her debt of roughly 15k. we immediately contacted the IRS, placed a collection hold, and ordered transcripts to verify debt amount, penalties and interest, etc.
  
  Despite numerous requests, the client delayed providing the documentation required to prepare the financial analysis. Also during this time client refused to pay her monthly agreements several times and was in void of her contract.
  
  After completing a financial analysis using the information
  provided by the client, we set the lowest possible agreement per IRS guidelines and requested additional
  documentation to reduce the total liability and move forward with a formal request to remove the penalties. The client defaulted the IRS agreement which we had advised her of via phone, letter, and email but never provided the requested information to reduce the debt. We provided the client with various options in order to proceed which she declined.
  
  At this point, we have fulfilled the contract but are still willing to discuss the case with the client.
