    These people are downright awful!!!!! I paid them $240.00 a month for an entire year while they were looking for *** debt relief programs... let's just say they did nothing but take my money because in Dec of this year I had a *** levy put on my paycheck of 25%! I work for free with two small children at home so not only am I broke, but I had an entire year of interest accumulate!!!!! They should be shut down! If I could leave 0* I would. Just hang onto your money and get on a payment plan.

    I paid them to settle my *** bills and to pay them. I just found out today they took my money and did not pay the *** which I was told they would. I am now owing the *** the amount they said they paid! *** DO NOT USE THEM - IT IS A HUGE SCAM!!

    Do not used this company, They can not be trusted. They took my money, once all receive of it. You never hear from them again. I tried several time to contact them, receive no response.

    I have been doing business with them for 6 months now, and just got off the phone with them to find out they got me a payment that I got myself and cant afford?Again I was told I wood be called back????Not sure what to do???

    This company is a joke, you have a case manager that changes on the daily, I never once spoke with the actual person who was the preparer of my returns, despite having provided copies of myself and my dependents social security numbers- Id receive the tax return and itd be some random # and of course I had to leave a message and when I would assume it would be corrected the next time I received it it has something off in a totally different category. This was their procedure for delaying the time in order just ask me for more money because obviously the amount that I owed was rising so that meant I needed to pay them more.

    I paid the first time *******; that was back in March. In December they called to say that I have to pay ******* dollars more because it was my fault that they were not able to do their job. I paid the money cause they stated that they have to start all over again and if I didnt do it a tax lien was going to be file against me. Two days ago I got the *** letter with the tax lien and they havent answer my messages. There is a lot to say, but the space isnt enough.

    They have too many customers and no time to acquire knowledge of each case and communicate in timely manner with tax authorities and clients...they do have time to reassess the case and demand thousands of extra dollars again and again as the unresolved case drags on and on..job half done so went to different provider and lost thousands and thousands for nothing..over *****

    Nothing really got resolved with this company when I filed 2 years ago. I sent my original information because they said they had to have originals. It sent my 2016-2021 W2s. Now here it is 2023 and the *** IS saying that 2019 has not been file. Could be my fault that i didnt catch the error because after reviewing what they sent me in an email I realized that 2019 was not included.. Okay forward to today after receiving a letter from the *** that it has to be done in 30 days So after seeing the emai and realizing the problem, all I want is the documents that I sent you. I have been call every day and transferred several times telling different representatives my stand can I have my documents that I filed with you. Im my opinion I really dont think this company is legit. They dont communicate well and Im pretty sure I gave them 2019. You tell me everything is fine and were sending you all documents filed. You sent it but after reviewing what was sent it isnt correct. Now I have 30 days to do something that I thought was done. I just want to speak to someone at Stop*** and Im truly getting the runaround. Has anyone else experienced this issue? UNSATISFIED IN *********
