    Stamps.com is by far the best when it comes to customer service. If you have an issue, they are quick to resolve it and let you know right away. The Enterprise Support staff, especially Lisa A was awesome.

    Your Customer Service is Excellent! As a Senior Citizen, in my instance, not being a tech person, Stamps.com has always come through. I have been a Stamp.com member for quite a few years, and one thing I appreciate is being able to speak with a live person. I have had NO complaints in the many years I have utilized your service, and when I moved, Stamps.com came along with me. I am grateful for your company, because I am rarely out of the house. I can print more with Stamp.com, because of the options offered. And the USPS picks it up when I schedule. I also have a small business that works very well with Stamps.com. #worksforme #workswithme

    I had an excellent experience working this morning with an IT person. The person was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to add additional applications I didn't have. I've been with Stamps for over six years. We ship 30,000 orders yearly, and we have very few problems.

    I put in my credit card info to purchase a label and it automatically signed me up for a $17.99 monthly subscription. Unlike most other subscription sites, there was no clear indication that I was agreeing to this. Fortunately, I noticed this as I went back to look at my account today and clicked on the button to cancel my account. A encountered a speedbump that asked me if I'd like to register for the basic $0 account. I was annoyed that this plan was not the default option, nor was it even listed on the cancel account page. It was a hidden account option. I decided to instead cancel my account entirely and the "cancel" button was no longer an option. I had to call a toll-free number and wait on hold.

    Stamps.com does not make it apparent that just signing up for an account enrolls you in a plan which is 17.99 monthly. When you put in your credit card information, it has no alerts telling you that you are going to be paying a non refundable fee except for far below the submit button which is very easy to miss, especially on mobile. Their customer service was entirely copy-pasted when I contacted about the issue. They repeatedly insisted I should have known about their fees when the information is not apparent at all.

    We've been using Stamps.com for a little over a year now, and are very happy with our experience thus far! Stamps.com has made it quick and easy for us to print shipping labels from our organization's center and then get our packages to the post office/drop-off centers. The customer service line has helped us out a couple of times when we needed it, and we're grateful!
