They are horrible I advised them to cancel my membership back in May they sent me a refund and agreed to close my membership I even have an email that states that . Now this month they went into my account again and now telling me I have to write a letter and mail it in. I should not have to do that nor do I have the financial means to do so the money they went into my account and stole was a part of my rent money! Dont ever get they membership they will go into your bank account after you cancel your membership.

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding your membership fees with Experian(R).Our records indicate that you ordered a trial membership on February 8, 2022 to Experian CreditworksSM Premium. The membership was not cancelled; consequently, in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the credit card provided was charged our monthly membership fee of $24.99 on March 5,2022. Per your request, your paid benefits ceased, effective June 23, 2022. On that date, you were moved to Experian(R) CreditWorksSM Basic giving you access to your Experian(R) credit report and FICO(R) Score once every 30 days, at no charge to you.As a courtesy, we issued a refund in the amount of $24.99 on June 20, 2022. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for these funds to process to the credit card account. We would like to express our regret that your experience with Experian CreditWorksSM may not have met your expectation or our standard of excellence. We strive for exceptional customer satisfaction and hope we have addressed your area of concern to your expectation.

This company is useless. For one the credit scores they provide you are grossly inaccurate. Also if you ever get locked out of your account good luck. The customer ********************** is smug, incompetent and useless or perhaps just don't grasp the English language very well.

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding your Experian CreditWorksSM Basic membership. Your FICO(R) Score is calculated based on the data in your credit report at the time you request your credit report and score. Every time you request a new score, a new credit report is pulled, and your new score is calculated based on the information in your credit report, up to once a day. Be aware, your credit report may change often. Differences in your score may be due to a change in balance on one or more of your credit cards, payment updates, or the addition of new accounts. If there are inaccuracies on your credit report, these could also be affecting your score and should be disputed directly with the credit-reporting agency providing that information. In general, there are many factors that can affect an individuals credit score, such as payment history, current debt, available credit to debt ratio, etc. The actual scoring model and its calculations are proprietary to Fair ***** Corporation. Credit scores are usually calculated based on the combination of all the credit factors in your credit report. Your credit score is not based solely on one single item or behavior. So although you may have done something that you think should have changed your score, the FICO(R) Score actually looks at how this information combines with other information in your credit report and how, if any, this changes your credit score. To assist with your login concerns, our representative attempted to contact you on June, 23, 2022 but was not successful. If you are still in need of assistance please contact our representative using the information provided to you by voicemail message. The score analysis section that comes with your FICO(R) Score should help you understand what specific credit factors had a positive and negative affect on your FICO(R) Score. I hope the above information is helpful to you in considering this matter.

Experian has the poorest customer ********************** I have ever experienced. I have an issue with my credit freeze and need to talk to a human. I have tried for an hour and a half to reach someone on the phone. After calling at least 25 numbers that I found on line (no answer) I did talk to someone who transferred me to a recording (twice) even though I told her both times that I needed to talk to someone who could help me, not a recording. I can not imagine any company would have that much lack of respect for their customers that they Did not invest in some sort of positive customer **********************.

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding your security freeze with Experian(R).We recently updated our processes for administering security freezes. To add or remove a security freeze online, a consumer must visit www.experian.com/freeze. Existing Experian members will be prompted to sign into their membership. Non-members will be prompted to create a free membership in Experian CreditWorksSM Basic or to create an Experian Service Account. Experian CreditWorks Basic is a free product that provides consumers access to their Experian credit report and FICO Score once every 30 days, along with monitoring alerts which are updated daily. In contrast, an Experian Service Account does not involve enrollment in a membership. It is an online portal through which consumers may log in to manage a security freeze, as well as submit disputes and review dispute results. If consumers cannot or choose not to access our online services, they can contact ** by phone *************) or mail (ECA, *************************************** hope the above information is helpful to you in considering this matter.

This proves my initial comments on the lack of customer ********************** at **********************. I have read this comment several times and can not find anything that addresses my original complaint. I am still waiting on a phone number so that I can talk to a human being about the problem I am having. Is this asking for too much? I guess when you have a monopoly on a business you can treat people any way you desire. *****

Horrible, horrible customer ********************** they do not answer phones when I tried to take off a fraud alert from my Experian report they wanted to do everything through a form which I couldn't even get in the first place and I've been trying for at least a week now! I really wish that I have the option to not deal with this idiotic company!

Experian is pathetic you can't speak to anyone without going through numerous loops then be transferred three times to be asked security questions, name and address once again. I have an account that I was an authorized and I was removed as of two months ago. I did a dispute to close the account as I am no longer an authorized user. Got a response back from ********************** stating account was verified and no change was made. My sister who's card I was on called her credit card company and they stated yes I was removed from being an authorized user in April 2022. So questions is way are these disputes not handle by a real person? You keep using codes through the o-***** process which your employees gives a 3 digit code to classify the error and not verifying anything that is in dispute. Before, a large amount of lawsuits start coming your way I think you might go back to having your employees do manual disputes and stop running disputes through a e-***** process of maching of codes! Especially when you are incorrect with the coding. How do I give Experian a -5 on stars?
