Special ordered a ******* sink 7/22. Ferguson charged credit card, then sink never shipped. Contacted them **** times: always said didn't know when it would ship. After escalating and getting angry, sink turned up 3/23 with a 7/15/22 ship date from *******. Ferguson lost it in their own warehouse and couldn't be bothered to find it until we got really demanding. Never again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUILD.COM.I purchased a shower system from them. After they charged my credit and shipped part of the system I got a very vague email about a return. I thought I was getting money back. NO they returned some of my items and forced me to pay a higher price. It backed up my contractors days, cost me more money and all I got was a "we are sorry". Well that does not cut it when I have to pay contractors AND re purchase what I wanted to buy. If I would of had more time I would have gone elsewhere. This company is absolutely horrible. They should not be allowed to do any business. An apology doesn't cut it for your error in pricing.

I received an unauthorized charge made on Build.com for $1348.92 on my credit card. Luckily ********* immediately flagged it as fraudulent. I am not familiar with the "Build.Com" company/website but I would advise caution if purchasing with a credit card from this website. Apparently they don't have a very secure website.

I would like to warn others not to use Build with Ferguson and go straight to Ferguson themselves. I ordered a Tankless Water Heater in Oct, 2021 and I still have not received it. After having to contact the water heater local rep to ask why the lead-times are insane, they told me I had a form I needed to fill out, which I got 9 months later from Build after I told them about it. Their website never tells the full story about a product and the additional fees included for things. I ended up cancelling my order and going with someone else who was willing to help and knew the process. The account manager didn't even end up helping me, instead he pushed me over to Ferguson and had them quote what I was really looking for and it was $10,000 more. Build is a joke and I know I wont be ordering from them anymore!

They sent me the wrong oven/range model. The contractor installed it and threw out the packaging materials. Once I inspected it and saw the mistake, I contacted build.com customer service.I got a replacement from them (thanks!) and it works fine. Now I'm trying to get the old range returned, and they're MAJORLY dropping the ball.I don't have pallets, or the means to palletize things, because I am not a *********** I keep asking them to send a carrier that can just pick the naked unit up from my home in a whiteglove way (i.e. not make me order a pallet from somewhere, wrap it up on my driveway, and make me take vacation time to guard it for hours on the delivery day, which is unacceptable). On several occasions, I've contacted customer service to get this resolved. EVERY time, they say they'll reach out to the right logistics team, and then NOTHING. Radio silence for WEEKS on end. They don't respond to voicemails on their extension, and they don't respond to emails.I better not get a chargeback for the item not being returned because of their own incompetence.

this is our first time doing business with Build.com and we are so excited about our purchase. I have ordered a shower glass door for 1bathroom renovation in November 2021 order#*******. When our contractor has ready for installation after 2 weeks of arrival and found that the glass door is imperfection condition and couldn't install. I have called the web number and asked for a return. then waiting for pick up according to the instruction. The Freight company picks up around the end of November 2021. There is some error with the build.com and the carrier freight company since the guy picks up twice the same item. This is a shower glass door and heavy and bulky. On the pick-up day, the guy does not leave anything for the homeowner according to the contractor who handles it over to the carrier guy. Then we purchased the same door from Lowes’s of Gaithersburg showing the same address and we do not need two shower doors replaced at our home. We are waiting for our refund and Build.com said the refund will be within about a week. since then we are waiting for a refund and forget about the case thinking that the Build.com refund was done. then a month later, we realized that the refund was never reflected in the credit card and we keep contacting the company for a refund. Whenever we contacted to the company, all the customer associates said the refund will be soon and never received until six months from the order date. Even our contractor, who helped with the door for loading write the affidavit of return and all the pieces of evidence of return, Build.com keep asking for the pictures and unfortunately, we never have had this kind of problem before and no one takes pictures of loading the door. never receive a response from CS. Please don't do business with this company. lesson learn, please be aware. buying your local HD or Lowes will keep you piece of mind. thanks

I sincerely apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you have had with us and for the inconvenience this has caused. When a carrier is scheduled for a pick up, the customer is emailed a BOL or **** of Lading that is to be printed and signed upon pick up. We have spoken to our returns team as well as spoken to the carrier and there is no record of the item being picked up and no BOL that can be provided showing the item was retrieved/returned from the shipping address to the return address. In order to be of assistance with the refund, please provide the **** of Lading signed for the return pick up. Until we can be provided with the proper return paperwork, we are unable to provide a refund for the item as the carrier states the item was not picked up or returned and there is not record provided to confirm a pick up of the item specified. I again apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
