    I ordered sandals online from the 4th of July sale. Order number RF1616096. On June 30th, my order was on the way. I was given a *** tracking number as soon as the parcel was shipped.Apparently, **** takes over the rest of the shipment. IDK why? The email tracking said the package was delivered at 11:27 am on July 2nd on Sunday. We have security cameras, and I was in at 10 am. No box was delivered. It just said, "Left with Individual." Which individual? No signature required, so the package can be left with anyone. I will never order from this company again. C*** shipping, and I reached out to the customer care via email. I hear crickets. l'm out $75. What a waste of money and time. Reef needs a better shipping company and customer care service like Amazon or Nordstrom. I learned my ****** and will tell my friends not to order from Reef. Reef doesn't care about client retention.

    Placed an order on 06/22 package was never received. The package is obviously lost. *** tracking also is not updating. I filed a claim with ***. Reef would not respond to any emails. So disappointing, will never purchase from them again and will tell others about it. They rather loose customers then refund 70$.

    I ordered a pair of sandals for $70 never received them and they refused to respond to my emails had to call my bank to try to get the money back, I waited almost 2 months for the sandals and or response nothing so I will not be buying through this company again

    Placed an order weeks ago and have not received anything. I've tried calling customer service - they are not accepting phone calls. Tried emailing 3 times and have not gotten any responses. This is a complete scam. Do not order from them.

    Sent the wrong sandals in the wrong size and will not allow me to call them. They only allow you to email them and no one is answering it. It's been over a week. Don't order from this company. They have awful customer service.

    Purchased a womens cushion vista sandle in January 2023, a little over a month later and the top edges of the shoe started to fray all over. I contacted company to see if I could get an exchange or refund. Twice they sent me a their return policy. They basically couldn't do anything for me as it went over the 30 day return policy. My issue is the quality and shoe, it seemed that once they got my $60 they didn't care to stand by their product. They did give me a one time 20% off code, which I will not use as I will never buy or recommend their company again. As they there are many other companies I can put my money at.

    Ordered a pair of cushion vistas with cork footbed. Received my order on 8/19. Straight out of the box, the cork was not covering the entire footbed and the foam was showing through. Immediately emailed customer service on 8/19 and got an automatic reply saying I qualified for a defective product replacement and asked for additional pictures and information. I sent the info,waited a week with no reply. I followed up on that email, and ended up following up on the email SIX times over a course of 5 weeks with no response. I also tried calling with no answer, posting on their ********* reaching out through ******** messenger, posting on instagram, instagram DMs. Finally, on 9/26 got through on the phone after 45 minute wait, and the rep I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me the "pics didn't look that bad" and when I said you could see the foam coming through she said it was part of the design. I pointed out that I had an email stating that I qualified for a replacement. After that she told me to fill out the replacement form online. I told her to just order the replacement for me now because I wasn't going to wait another 6 weeks. I just got a replacement order confirmation - we will see if it actually ships or not. From the looks of their social media comments, I am not alone in this experience.
