    I have been a lifelong fan of Reef sandals. I have always purchased them from the same local surf shop in my hometown. I have literally owned over 50 pairs in my lifetime. I recently purchased a pair of sandals and they started falling apart pretty quickly. I reached out to the company and let them know that I did love their product until recently and I explained my experience with pictures documenting the issues. I was quickly shot a return email stating they would need an extensive list of items to see if they were going to warranty them. The company knows that theres no way you will be able to provide all the paperwork they are requesting. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and to have a legitimate complaint about their product and have it handled so poorly is absolutely ridiculous! I will not purchase another Reef product! I guess its the new times we are living in its all about profits and who cares about 1 guy purchasing a couple pairs of sandals a year. Im completely disappointed in my experience and it has cost them a lifelong customer.

    Ordered a pair of reef slip on shoes and when I received them they had scratches and had parts of the shoes material falling off when I took them out of the box instantly the material just fell off and now has a chunk missing from the front of the shoe they were $80 shoes reached out multiple times through email and no response also called and they aren't accepting phone calls no way to get ahold of them I will be filing a dispute to my bank just wanted to return them and do an even exchange for a better pair. Would do a 0 star review if I could.

    I will be contacting my bank because like everyone else, I have tried numerous times to contact reef about returning my shoes and they have not contacted me. I emailed them 5 different times, the first being as soon as I got them and decided they were uncomfortable for my disabled feet. What are we supposed to do when we need our money back, but they are not responding? I have told them I cannot find my order number because my email was disabled. I login to my account and theres no orders there. I am unsure if I logged in when ordering my shoes, however this is all something that customer service should be helping me with! I am stuck, but it doesnt sound like these complaints are being resolved. I will give it 5 more business days and then will be contacting my bank to dispute and claim this as fraudulent.

    I placed an order on 8/2/23 for the reef Drift away leather women's sandals ($72.18 USD) They was delivered on August 9,23 BUT was the wrong sandals I ordered. They sent me the cushion lux man's sandals. I went online and requested to return them for a full refund because I was leaving to go to the beach and didn't have time to wait on another pair to come. I dropped them off at the *** store (I have my tracking number) I have sent multiple emails all without any response. I have called but their phone line only provides a recorded message saying due to the high call volume they are not taking calls and directs all inquiries via email. I am requesting a resolution to this issue quickly to a full refund. Please reach out to me if you need further information regarding this complaint.

    I was gifted a pair of shoes for my birthday. Sent an email to customer service to inquire about an exchange with no response. Tried to call but not accepting calls. Finally got order information from the gifter to start an exchange. I was told replacement would ship as soon as soon as return was in the mail. Emailed about exchange status and still have not heard a word back. Item has been received by Reef but exchange has yet to be shipped. Apparently, filing a claim with the BBB is the only way to get them to respond. Its a shame because I really like their products. Unfortunately, bad customer service will keep me from ever purchasing from them again

    Just to clarify I wasnt told by a representative that the replacement would ship as soon as I sent the exchange in and the package was received by the shipping partner, that was information received when I started the automated exchange. I still have yet to hear for Reef

    DO NOT ORDER FROM REEF. I purchased $600 worth of sandals. I Initiated a return, however, their packaging slip was so incorrect that it was impossible for me to initiate the return without speaking to someone. Their phone lines are turned off so that they dont have to deal with their customer service. I emailed numerous times with no response. At one point I got a generic response. I have tried contacting them via all social media with no response. I will speed the response today and they still cannot help me. I ended up writing a letter along with a return, sent all of the items in one box back to the company, because finally, I received an email saying that it was almost past due to allow any returns. Now, all of the shoes have been returned and delivered back to the company. I no longer have the items, and they still have my money. Please do not even waste your time buying any of these products. None of them fit the same even if theyre the same brand but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I cannot believe that I have been in business for 38 years. No one can help me, and in this economy, I would like to have my money back.

    Wow, Ill make this quick. After reading everyone elses complaints Im finding that Im not alone. Wow, so similar and shocking that they have the ability to not respond to anyones emails and keep the money from our orders

    On 6/1/23 (Order RF1507149) I purchased 2 pair cushion vista hi Reefs and after receiving them per your website they were 20% off! On 6/29 I sent an email , via your website, requesting a price adjustment or a return authorization and to repurchase at the new price. On 6/3, 6/29 and again on 7/27 sent followup emails per your website never to receive any response!The contact number for Reef customer service insists that all issues must be resolved by email which I did as stated above! Reefs customer service is beyond poor and will never purchase their products again and will advise my friends the same!!!!

    Should give 0 stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes earlier in July of 2023 and come to find out the tracking number was a duplicate (says shipped in April of 2023 in ******* not at my address). Contacted **** and they informed me that its probably a scam and used a duplicate tracking number. No one is getting back to me and refunding me my money or sending me my shoes. I will take further action and contact my bank for fraud.
