Bill.com was a waste of my time. I setup a trial, connected to my QuickBooks, created recurring invoices, customized my templates, and prepare for sending my first batch of invoices. Only upon sending my first batch of invoices did Bill.com ask me to verify my account, inactivated my account with zero notice, but now my clients have links to pay their invoices that do not work.You cannot talk to support over the phone, and I could not login because my account had been inactivated. I already started to pay for Bill.com and am having to seek reimbursement through a credit card dispute. What a waste of time!My account should have been verified weeks before I started sending invoices.Bill

This company is a scam. They took ******* out of my checking account and I have nothing to do with them or use them. If you see this transaction on your checking from bill.com or *********************** retirement get it stopped. They were phishing by doing .88 cents deposit and take it back out and all of a sudden ******* taken out. They need to be closed down ASAPBill

After rejecting my account information, the company mishandled a large lump sum of money. I called multiple times to ask about transfers and update my accounts and they told me they were pending. They first failed to update me by email to explain when and where the payment would be mailed via check and failed to verify my account info to confirm the proper address. They further went on to say they would conduct an investigation and that my payment was mailed, to the address on file but still couldn't tell me where it was sent, they lost my data and payment and caused a data breach and possible fraud, due to this mistake and now has put other business at risk. They need to be investigated.Bill

Worst ever!!!! If you are considering using this to invoice your customers they might put you out of business!! They like to hang on to your customers money as long as possible. Their stock is down and if they go out of business(likely) you'll be screwed.Bill

Where do I start? We received a payment from a customer via ****************** for a substantial amount of money, well after being told it would take a week to process Bill.com called my cell phone around 7 pm the day before the payment was to be released and said in order to release the payment it would require additional verification. So obviulsy I was upset but still did the additional verification they requested and uploaded necessary documents in short order (that evening). I was then informed it would be another 1-2 business days to review said documents. Fast forward to the next morning I was promised by a supervisor that I was going to receive a call in regard to this ongoing issue which I did not! So after calling back in and being transfered to 3-4 different ppl and over an hour on the phone was told that the payment has been released and that I would be able to transfer funds the next day into our account keep in mind this is all recorded so BILL.COM please fact check me! Next day come into the office to transfer funds and there is no option to transfer my payment and there is a not saying the money might be delivered in 3-5 more days! This is absolute absurdity , we are also moving forward with a complaint to N***A who is the governing agency over the *** platform. An *** takes 2-3 Business days not **** and now I have no guarantees as to when we will ever receive our payment because BILL.COM apparently does whatever they want with their customers money .Things to note, -This is not my first payment received from the company so all of the necessary verifications and bank account information has been link previously.The first payment received also took well over a week!This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company, I have never left a single bad review or lodged a complaint in my entire life.Do your research stay away from this horrible company and find a different way to receive payments.Bill

What a horrible company to have to submit invoices to. May be a great company if you want to keep your creditors at bay. I spent 150 minutes with them today. I don't see how they got a rating as high as ****!Bill

Useless customer service and ridiculously complex process to receive money through a 3rd party vendor - just to receive money that could be sent as an etransfer. 3 weeks waiting for payment and dozens of emails. Im still waiting on $4000 ******** funds even though i escalated the case with ****.Bill

So far, so bad. I had Divvy for my business, but found them to have bad customer service, so I switched to AMEX. I was considering going back to Divvy because they allow PO numbers / notes to be added by employees in their phone app, which can greatly help bookkeeping. I noticed it's now Bill.com. Ok, whatever. Since it's been a while I and I had some questions before proceeding, I decided to reach out to customer service. Oh wait, there's no customer service. It went from bad to apparently non-existent. ******. As a business owner, I can't afford to have a company that basically doesn't exist. Amex has great customer service. I may end up just sticking with Amex, but I definitely won't go back to using Divvy (now Bill.com).Bill

Absolutely horrible customer service! By far the worst vendor relationship I have had in 30 years of business. Payments that have not been received by vendors and bill.com support is incompetent, verging on fraudulent. Zero stars if possibleBill

I was just wondering referred to bill.com from **************. I set up an account went through the argious task of setting up all my billing. I then decided it might make sense to streamline my AR. I submitted all documents and then received an email my account was declined with no explanation and an odd message about they can terminate your account for any reason. Fine. Well come to find out they deactivated my account, no reason all that work lost. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I was applying for them to take money from my customers. I have an established business and have never been rejected for a payment processor. I can appeal but since they provide no basis it makes no sense. Very disappointing but looks like I dodged a bulletBill
