  I was contacted by a very rude man. He tried to tell me a lot of things meant to scare someone who doesn't know how to beat a ticket. I only contacted this business because I do not live in the state I got a ticket in. When I tried to ask questions, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone and told me a lawyer would be useless for this in court. (btw I've used lawyers before for tickets in my state, never were they useless).He continued to tell me if I wanted a $40 discount I had to pay him on this call and attempted to tell me my $200 ticket (I previously checked with the court) would be over $1200. When I would not agree to his terms and asked for time to think about it, he scolded me like I was a child. I told him he was rude, he hung up on me.I've spoken to other businesses when trying to resolve a ticket, never has anyone been a jerk like this person was. Clearly they are only after money. Don't waste your time.

  Great experience, I went into court feeling prepared with the materials provided. Ended up not needing anything as the officer never showed up for court. Thanks again.

  It's strait robbery they do not do as the say. All that they are trying to do is just get your money an rob you they do not do anything they say that they do prior to your purchase never use this fraudulent company

  I didnt believe in it when I first purchased it, but it works!Certainly not the highest rating on bubbly service with a smile, but who cares? I got my ticket dismissed with no fee, no points, no future record and no in-person court date.

  Do NOT do business with this website!! Entered info to see what they offered after speeding ticket. I then did not need them & took care on my own. I got a vm saying "Warning, I would be found guilty of speeding"! I called back & got cm. I left me@sage that I did not appreciate that message. He then called me back & was NOT nice. Said it was true and it was my problem I didnt believe it!! He was NOT nice!! Please stay away from this website!!! Ugly, rude, very unprofessional!!!

  I reached out to this company after getting a ticket in **. The person that called me was very to the point did not B.S. and gave me great information upfront. I was not able to use the service as **** is a tricky state, I had to hire an attorney since going back to **** from ** was to expensive just to put in my plea, they refused to let me do anything virtually. I would use this company again and refer them. Thanks for the information and guidance for helping me to at least get an extension with the court from April to June!
