"They were abrupt and didnt give me any information about my refund and what qualifies as a loss. I tried to get a refund do to time constraints and not being able to use there services and they shut me down with a rude email giving me an ultimatum of $100 refund of my 270 paid or I am forced into using the one size fits all plan they gave me." ...
