      They are constantly keeping my mother's money that she sends to me from me. It takes up to 3 days or more for me to receive it, and by then the issue I need it for, has become a full-blown crisis... what loser scammers! Don't bother looking around online, they will lie to you and tell you it takes only minutes. But it does not! Warning! Do not use these people!There are many other and better money transfer services to use! That are much more reliable! In my opinion, cashapp is the easiest and best!

Zelle provides messaging between the senders bank or credit union and the recipients bank or credit union to facilitate the payment between the two bank accounts, but Zelle does not initiate or process the payment directly.We recommend working with your bank or credit union regarding a resolution to this matter.Sincerely,Zelle Support

      Zelle is requesting that I send $400 to get myself out of a scam situation because the scammer apparently Messed up their system so bad that I have to pay for them to fix it. Instead of returning my money like a normal business they keep insisting that I pay and that is the only way or theyd get in trouble or even lose their jobs. Ive even explained to them what I believe to be going on and they say they understand but keep insisting I pay to receive my refund and that by doing research on their company and even just talking to them will mess my case up. Now they are saying if there is another review of my case made it will lock my case up and nothing will be done to assist. Not sure how this company still has an A+ rating with the BBB or even still in business but something needs to be done. I agree with a lot of these reviews the star rating doesnt go low enough for this company
