    If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 8 heads and only received 4 head with 3 sticks. There is no number and all they have is chat or email. I sent an email no response and after waiting for an hour on chat. I had to send pictures of proof of what I received plus the envelope it came in. The rep then said he would do a reprint but do standard shipping after I paid $36 for 3 day shipping. He refuse to give me a number, and address, or a managers name saying they dont give out the information. STAY AWAY!!!

    BUYER BEWARE this company is a SCAM! I ordered the largest head for a bachelorette party. Its been two months and I still have not received it. Customer service is giving me the run around. They did offer to resend the product, AFTER I expressed my concern multiple times and after my event had passed. It is one of the poorest experiences Ive had dealing with customer service yet.

    Never order from this company! I paid extra for 3- day shipping and only received 3 of the 10 items that I ordered. There is no phone number to call so you must chat or email with them. They refused to refund my money and said all items were shipped in the original package, which they were not. They would only ship the items to me for a second time even though my event was over and no longer needed them. Terrible customer service!!!

    Terrible customer service so far. All I've done is gotten proofs, all of which have not been what I asked to be edited. The editing was done so POORLY that I had to ask them to undo some of the edits, which they did not do. Every email was from someone different, so please beware of this company's terrible lack of regard for customer service.

    NEVER order from build a head!!! Their products are horrible and customer service is even worse. I ordered from them 4 years ago and it was a good product. Ordered 3 weeks ago and its a totally different experience. The faces came out too dark and very red. I face even had red steaks through it. I sent them jpegs with amazing resolution. I ordered 12 heads for my sons baseball team and all of the heads were different sizes and when i asked for some help with my problem, I couldnt even speak to a live human being. I had to do it all through the website chat and was basically toldoh well, thats the way our printer made them. I asked multiple times to speak live to a manager and was told no manager available to speak live. After multiple days of chatting through their site I was told I had to file a complaint through their website. I did do that and never heard back from anyone. What they did was refund the Groupon that I bought without telling me. I happened to get an email from Groupon that the Groupon was back. So now i have to figure out with Groupon how to get my money back bc I NEVER want to purchase anything again from build a head. DO NOT USE BUILD A HEAD EVER!!
