  This company borders on scam. I paid for a six foot tall cutout and received a four foot one, with no refund. I also paid almost $100 extra to ensure the cutout arrived in time for a party, and it got there there days late. No refund. When I asked for a refund, they asked me to send a picture of the cutout with a ruler to show the dimensions were wrong. I told them I dont have it anymore (It was useless for the reasons above) and they are the ones who made the product in the first place.

  Ordered a 6ft cutout.Never received any update on my order.Emailed customer service and it turns out, i needed to pay import fees on my order ($50 dollars) - paid them.Since i had no idea this was happening, i contacted customer service to make sure the order is going out. They told *me* to speak to *************** i cannot request anything since I am not the shipper.Bottom line : terrible customer service, waste of $200 that I need to get back somehow..Perhaps if you are based in US and you email them every 2 days to ask about ypur order it makes sense but overal just . . . Dont bother.

  Quite a disappointing experience it has been dealing with "Build a Head." Regretfully, I did not search reviews here before doing business with them. I can now see that our disappointing experience could have been expected as I see so many negative reviews here that now similarly well describe our experience with "Build a Head." As others have noted, their customer service is gravely lacking. I repeatedly asked for a senior manager or customer service supervisor to follow-up with me, but they repeatedly ignored such requests. The quality of their production was poor; in particular, the cutting of the heads was choppy and unprofessional. Furthermore, I had paid extra for custom printing on the reverse of the Heads on a Stick and correspondingly paid extra for a proof to make sure they were printing such correctly. Their representative *****, though, claimed that was not possible and they do not / will not provide such proof. Thus, I requested a refund for the extra I paid. They, though, claimed that was not their policy and did not provide the requested refund. I would still like follow-up from a senior manager or customer service supervisor there.

  Nine of ** ordered this product for senior night for our high school soccer team. While the site has a disclaimer, I did not expect the 18" size to be off by four inches! Also, the material is flimsy so if there is any wind on senior night, these "big heads" won't hold up. It comes with one small piece of double side tape and piece of wood to attach the big head. Shipping was as much as the product. Total rip off vs similar services from competitors.

  I ordered the 12x18 head cutout. I received my order and thought it looked alot smaller than what it should be. So I measured it and it was just under 12 wide and exactly 11 tall. Literally 6 missing which is ridiculous!! Not only that but who ever punched out the photo at buildahead didnt a horrible job. The edges look like a child did it. Parts of the picture ripped off and excess left in other spots. Very disappointed!

  I have ordered from them in the past... and received what I ordered and was happy.My daughter is graduating this Saturday, and weeks ago I ordered a GRADUATION Build-A-Head, assuming it would look like the email they keep sending me... a face with a graduation cap on it. I sent them a few pics to choose from - one WITH the cap already on her. I asked them to use which photo was best, assuming they would put the cap on the best photo...when I received it - it did NOT have a graduation cap on it... and when I asked about, they are telling me I ordered incorrectly... which is not true.. I ordered the GRADUATION Build-A-Head, that clearly shows a cap on it.My daughters graduation is this Saturday, so it's too late to order another one from a better company.... I'm soooo disappointed and will never use them again...

  Doesn't even look like the picture that I sent. Want my money back. Would be embarrassed to bring this to the family Xmas party that she can't attend. Such a disappointment

  This company is horrible. Order from Cardboard Cutout Standees instead. My order was 1 foot shorter than it should have been because of how wide it was and half the picture has blank white spots. I paid for a 72x40 cutout and it was only 60x40 (a $30 difference). I asked for a refund for it missing a foot considering they did not need that additional resource and they basically said thats too bad, you chose the wrong size. Just terrible quality and customer service overall.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are scammers! Bait and switch. When the order is wrong there is no way to contact them. They said send an email. I sent 7 emails, 1 text with no reply.
