On time, great value, very professional.I had them treat my house for termites last year, and just this week had them back to spray for spiders, ants and scorpions.I am very happy with them, no pressure to sign contracts, they don't call trying to sell additiinal services. ***** showed up on time and explained what the termite inspection entailed. Also explained there may be no termites (unlike another company who measured the outside perimeter and gave me a laughably high quote). ***** went through every interior room, the garage, then outside and said there was no evidence of termites and to call again in a year unless we see some before. Also gave me a few pointers on a couple things to look for and something to change on the exterior. Steph was very pleasant and I also asked for a general pest control quote which was emailed within 30 minutes. If the service side is as good as Steph was they'll be getting and retaining a new customer.Review fromRon Y

***** arrived exactly on time. Introduced himself, took photos outside and inside. Explained types of termites and the type I have. Explained the plan of treatment. gave me an estimated price. Sent official plan and actual price and offered to began treatment within the week. Service end was excellent but it's impossible to rate performance until service is completed.Bills Pest Termite Control
