We had some damage to exterior wood molding and needed it checked out to determine if there was any indication of termites. ***** inspected the damage closely and confirmed that it was water damage. He could have easily stopped there, but offered to do an inspection throughout the house. He conducted a thorough room by room check and found no evidence of termites. He explained what he was looking for and was highly professional. Trustworthy and very good--I wish all businesses we deal with would follow their example.Bills Pest Termite Control

A stem wall was damaged during drilling for termite treatment. Bill's employee did not notify us of the damage (holes in stem wall and chunks of concrete/rebar on the ground) which was observed a few days later. Employee stated he was embarrassed. Contacted Bill's and they responded, took pictures and indicated they would discuss with a foundation expert. They patched the wall and a few days later advised the patch was sufficient per their "foundation expert", however, the patch has already started to fail. Estimates to repair are in the $2000 - $4000 range. We've used Bill's for over 10 years and are extremely disappointed in the manner with which this was managed.Review fromLuke H

Easy to schedule service & easy to re-schedule even at the last minute. Our tech is efficient & always has a positive can do attitude. The office personnel are very attentive & always communicate with us in a timely manner. Nice to get reminder texts of service dates & time.
