  This place was awesome. I had lost my service records many years ago and in only a couple of weeks they were able to **** them down and send me a copy that I can save and store on my computer and I can also print out a copy to have for my own. Thank you so much.

  The worst scam artist in the country! Who takes advantage of veterans these days, I mean what kind of people run this business? I called customer service and addressed my issues with not receiving my DD214 for several months and they were rude and scummy. Actually hung up the phone on me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold indefinitely. Please stay away from this company it's a scam! Several Months of waiting! Come on this is ridiculous!

  Need my dd214 quick. Seemed great at first as they responded to my emails immediatly. Started to look at reviews and lost trust pretty quickly as well so i asked numerous vets who dealt with getting dd214 and asked about this company and they had no clue so i emailed dd214 direct and asked if I paid them for my dd214 from the goevernment branch of the army and they have yet to respond after numerous days. Then i requested a refund and nothing but crickets. So i would like to figure out a way to recieve a refund. Would be nice to make sure a company like this gets shut down bc they are lieing to vets who served there country.

  Hello Client, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am very sorry your experience didnt match your expectations. A refund has already been processed for this order. We do work with 75 independent government agencies. The submission of your request depends on the branch/branches of service that you had as well as your final discharge date from the service. We have been working with the ********************************* to find your records since your branch of service was with the US Army. Unfortunately we cannot control the government agencies when it comes to turn around times.

  I have attempted various methods of procuring my Discharge papers from the military, and received varying forms of failure. Though I have as of yet not given enough time to rate a receipt of documents through the mail, I was ****** satisfied with the Pdf formatted files I received on my personalcomputer, as well as communication through my phone regarding their receipt and procedures required.
