  I ordered my Father's dd214 in July with a promise of receiving it in two weeks. $136 00 is what I paid. I've called several times and given the same answer-they are backed up because of Covid and can't get the order filled. I want my money refunded and warn THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO INTENTION OF FULFILLING ANY REQUESTS.
