  DD214 is so frustrating. I ordered approximately 1 month ago, and all I've received are excuses versus my DD214. I keep getting notes as it has been ordered, waiting, and thanks for your patience. This company promised the moon and can't even get off the surface of the earth. It is unconscionable that a veteran run organization should hold its fellow veterans hostage. Many of us wait for these documents, for various reasons, and have schedules to keep, there is little concern for that.

  I needed my DD214 for my SDVOSB certification submission and saw DD214 Direct advertisement. Since I needed it quickly I figured I would go with them. I filled out the information online and made my payment on Feb 7 with less than an hour they said they had submitted it to the Government for processing so I was hopeful. After not hearing anything for a couple of days I checked better around and saw some mixed reviews plus heard from some veterans that they got theirs direct from **** free within a day. So on 2/10 I sent a email with my order number asking for an update and an estimate as to how long it may take. After not hearing anything back through 2/14 I went to the **** site and filled out their request form, within an hour I had my DD214 from **** and am good to go. Still nothing from DD214 so I sent them another note saying I got my DD214 without them faster and since they could not provide the service or reply I would ask for my money back through them or my credit card company as a dispute - time will tell what will happen on the charge but as far as service - they did not provide any.

  They helped me and my family incredible… they moved fast and have great customer service. My father passed away in Los Angeles,Ca I’m in Nashville trying to get what I need to bury my dad and was having a hard time getting the papers I needed to get his DD214 paper and this company went all the way to get me my dad’s honorable discharge form even though I’m still waiting for the death certificate from California.. All I can say is thank you guys so much from my heart. I highly recommend them!!
