  I was in a crunch to get my DD-214 fast for employment opportunity. I paid the money and after months I am still waiting. Nonetheless, I just did it myself and have already gotten my DD-214. I called DD214 Direct twice and told them I have received it already. They are still contacting me...after I already told them I did it myself...to tell me they are still trying to obtain it and have still not received it. Waste of money and ****** learned. I don't expect a refund as it is my penalty for just not doing it myself in the first place. I will say they have always answered the phone when I called and asked for an update. I have also received text messages and emails from them.

  Honestly I was skeptical. But I gave it a shot and my DD-214 showed up with my drill points to my email in 3 days! When I tried to go through the proper channels aka VA and old command they said 2-6 months, I cant thank this company enough. Its nice to finally get what a company says they will deliver, Thanks again DD-214 direct!!!

  I was closing on a house within next 2 weeks and had copies of my 214 in storage out of state. If you have ever tried to get any records from the government ( DFAS, IRS ,etc) virtually impossible. Youlll spend hours on hold if you ever get through..Then I had a govt. Website to retrieve the form and still had no luck. These guys had the form for me in 3 days. Thank you so much.
