  We are very disappointed with this company and the process. We submitted our request for a copy of my husband's DD214's and paid for the service on 10/12/23 and were told it would be **** business days. As of today, 11/15/23, we still haven't received them. I have reached out to the company several times (they have never initiated contact with us to provide an update) and we are repeatedly told to be patient and "we are still working closely with the government agencies". We are now down to 1 income because without the DD214's his retirement can't be approved and we can't access his TSP benefits. One income is not going to sustain us but they just don't seem to care.

  I dont usually leave reviews, but my experience with DD214Direct warrants ONE!! I ordered my DD214 on a Sunday and had a digital download copy in my email 2 DAYS LATER!!!! SIMPLY AMAZING!! It would have probably taken me a few months to accomplish what DD214Direct did in a matter of hours, minutes and a DAY!! Would I suggest using DD214Direct? WITH OUT A DOUBT!! Simply AMAZING work!   I thought DD214Direct was very fast and efficient. I tried to use the government websites, but I felt like I was trapped in an infinite loop. In order to get a copy of my DD214, I first had to submit a copy of my DD214. DD214Direct was able to cut through the red tape in a matter of days and I never had to leave the comfort of my living room.

  In May 2023, I paid for expedited delivery of my DD214 along with my military training records for a total cost of approximately $130. Expedited delivery was for 48 hour delivery by email. As of November 2023, I have never received the documents, and I've contacted the company dozens of times. Their responses have varied from dismissive to delayed, yet nearly 6 months later, I still haven't received my documents. This has prevented me from applying to government jobs, which is the reason that I requested the forms initially. I was told by the air force that this was the best way to get copies of my military documents. Originally, they told me that they would send updates if there were any delays. I got updated for the first 2 months of delays then the updates stopped. One person that I spoke with said that I didn't need my DD214 because I served in the reserves. I informed her that I was deployed to a war zone for 6 months, and I did in fact need proof. This company took my money, didn't deliver their promised goods, and they have been disrespectful. I still need my military record to apply to certain government jobs. This company should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for treating war veterans this way....

  Words fail me, much as this company has. Their business is a scam perpetrated on veterans who need their DD-214 form for medical care and housing assistance, as my brother does. But, in this age of super computers and AI, it has taken over 5 weeks for them to put our request before the right agency in the US Government, at least that's what they tell me. Just today, right before I called, the government requested they refile our request! Amazing timing. They don't even deserve 1 star.
