  I was at a loss until I contacted DD214Direct Served from ***** USMC but unfortunately lost my DD215. Looking to buy a home and use my VA loan(thought I only needed a Certificate of Eligibility). Going thru the Escrow process I get an email from the VA stating I needed my DD214 to confirm I had a Honorable discharge. Even tried ********************* and they could find my records. UGH! Last resort I ****** how to get my DD214 fast! DD214Direct popped up. Didnt want to pay but I really wanted this house! Once I paid I got an email stating DD214Direct were working on finding my DD214. Next day they said they tried ********************* didnt have my record but they would contact ************ Headquarters. Within a week DD214 Direct found my DD214! Got an email with digit copy file sent it to my lender and I got my House!DD214Direct is legit!

  I received my fathers paperwork as they promised and even got a call to follow-up. This was a success! I had tried contacting the VA and other government agencies without any help. They dont care, sadly. Thx again!

  This was the best way for me to get my military records. Knowing how quickly Government record departments work, in November of 2023, I concurrently requested my records through the VA and National Archive websites and regular mailing. Four to six months later, each request came back "can not find", or was not returned. On 3/12/24, I used DD214 Direct and had them in my email the next day, 3/13/2024. I can not say enough good things.

  We are not a scam, ****.Veterans hire us to retrieve their discharge documents and record them at their local county offices because doing it on their own is a complex and time consuming process filled with misinformation and ridiculous government obstacles.Your ignorance and defamation merely proves the value of our service. You have no idea how this process works and the burdens you place on our veterans.We charge $25 for our service of recording at the veterans local county. We work with ***** government offices. We have successfully served over ******* veterans. You state its free to work directly with you, yet the truth is it comes at a high cost to veterans in terms of lost time and confusion.In the interests of our American veterans, heres my request for you: you do your job and we will do ours. Veterans have a right to hire us to deal with people like you so they dont have to do it in their own. They choose to pay us a small fee precisely to avoid dealing with you for free.Get of the way and stay in your lane.
