I was searching for my grandfathers DD214 and had tried everything exhaustingly for quite awhile. I stumbled onto this company and ya know what, I'm actually glad that I did!!! Asking for military records from family members can sometimes lead to more questions but in my case just flat out runaround!! might it be because nobody knows where to start or maybe because its not worth researching? Whatever the case might be there, IT IS worth every tear and index finger pounding on the keyboard endlessly because you never know when something you stumbled onto will truly help you find what you are looking for!!! The crew was easy to work with and very understanding to what I was looking for!!! I didn't wait but a week, MAYBE and I now have the answers I wanted and needed!!! DD214 Direct is the real deal. I thought it would take weeks to get my paperwork, but instead it was just a few days. The hardest part of the whole application was trying to get the electronic signature even close to the real thing. Thanks for such great service! And for your service!!!DD214 Direct
