  Benjamin Franklin was very prompt same day in responding to our emergency. Their plumber, ***** is amazing, very professional, friendly and represents the company in the best way. ***** cleaned up after himself and wore his shoe booties the whole time he was here on the job. We would gladly recommend ***** and Benjamin Franklin to anyone for their plumbing needs.

  I am grateful to have found this company. Its really hard to get a same day appointment in the greater Phoenix area. I called a few plumbing companies that were booked. However, *** Franklin Plumbing ** was able to accommodate me and clear the drain blockage later in the day. Setting up the appointment via text message was fast and easy. The technician came out fairly quickly and within the window of response. He was courteous, knowledgeable and quickly took care of the problem. Reasonable too. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

  We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Benjamin Franklin. They replaced our water heater with a quality tankless water heater. The installation was neat and professional and it has performed flawlessly. The recent annual flush was quick and professional. We are very pleased with the new water heater and continued customer service.

  arrived earlier than scheduled (10am-2pm) (office needs to confirm arrival time)***** did a water heater flush, replaced anode -- less than 1 hour -fast, efficient...courteous -- good job !

  *******************************. Didnt call the manufacture. Told me it was gonna cost $1000. Told me that if he stayed he was going to have to charge me to figure out how much it was going to cost or what the manufacture was going to cover under warranty. Asked him for a breakdown he provided me with his business card. Not once did he intent to fix or resolve the issue which was to diagnose the unit. His concern was my respond to the thousand dollars he said it would cost. After I repeated what he had just said would be the amount of $1000, he turned around and said are you going to call other places for pricing. If this is a level of service I get from this company I dont want to use you.

  I had an appt for a kitchen faucet install at my rental property. . No one ever called with an estimate or price until it was done. Price was $385 while other plumbers quoted $120-200. I have called many time to speak with a supervisor but no one gets back to me. I feel charging 2x the top price of others for a job that took 25 mins is ripping customers off. I understand the price is per job and not hourly but be fair about it. I even supplied the faucet. I have used this company for other services over the last few years without issues. I was always quoted prices prior to job completion.
