Horrible service, called to have my tankless water heater looked at for an intermittent problem. Technician came out and the first thing he said was that we needed a new water heater that ours was to small. Funny how it was never a problem when we had five people living there and now there was two of us it can't handle the load ? So after my wife called me and told me that I drove home to see what was going on. The technician told me that the unit is working fine at that time and that there were no codes (red flag) I had already checked the codes and there were two in the system, so I wanted to see where this was going. He said that he flushed the heater and that it was full of sediment and that he recommended a larger unit and wanted to know of we wanted to set up a time to replace it. Of coarse I declined. after a $260.00 service bill of which I was told $79.95 he left. I did some research on the codes and replaced the igniter and the flame rods, plus pulled the blower motor out and cleaned, guess what , have not had an issue since. Also i decided to flush the system again and found the inline filter to be 3/4 restricted, so did he even really flush my unit????

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Were sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service, and wed like to address your concerns.
While your tankless water heater may currently be functioning, its important to note that "working" does not always mean "working efficiently." An undersized unit can lead to intermittent issues, even if it seems to meet the demand some of the time. Our technician likely explained that you could invest in repairs and maintenance on your current system or consider putting that money toward a properly sized unit for greater long-term efficiency and reliability with a brand new warranty.
As for the codes in your system, its possible they cleared during troubleshooting. Codes on these units come and go often and it is not uncommon for us to show up to a home and the unit can't replicate a specific code at the time of the appointment.
We always strive to provide transparent pricing, but it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the $79 dispatch fee versus the full cost of the service performed. We would be happy to review your invoice with you and clarify any discrepancies.
If you'd like to discuss your concerns further or revisit the situation, please dont hesitate to contact us. Were here to ensure your satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.

I will start by saying I have a pretty extensive background in this trade as a journeyman sprinklerfitter (commercial fire protection). *** is extremely overpriced and some of the worst craftsmanship Ive seen. The quote and work were performed the same day, I had requested to have a water filter and conditioner relocated in the garage. The total distance is about 15 of piping, this was a relatively simple task. **** provided the quote that was well over what I expected, but I was pressed for time and needed this done. He clearly stated that he would be monitoring the project (definitely not the case). The crew was ill-equipped and trained to say the least, they did not have required tools or materials to perform the work. I supplied the wood to mount the pipes, a level (he couldnt find his), had to modify the bracket for the filter housing (again not equipped for that) and re-mount the bracket they installed (it was pulled off the wall, had to ask them to come back inside as they were leaving). The water lines are up against the gas vent for the water heater and a fitting was left installed cross-threaded. The craftsmanship is some of the worst Ive seen.

I don't normally do reviews, but I am so thankful for this service. We had a DIY project go bad and spring a massive leak under our sink. *** Franklin sent **** and he was very nice, got it done right the first time, and was a heck of a lot more affordable than an emergency weekend call should have been. Very impressed.
