I got double billed for blood work I had done at my doctor's ****** never even saw these people then received a bill for more blood work double billing is what this is called. When I contacted them they were very rude told me I needed to contact the doctor's ****** I had to send them copies of payment and that still wasn't good enough they even hung up on me very rude do not use these people.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

My husband and I both had blood work done by ******** (S3Q ) at Sonora Quest Lab Located at Optum at ************************************** in ********. ******** did an excellent job. I paid over $400 in copays. They sent some of these to collections and said they never received any payments. I got all of the cashed check images and sent them in. They claimed that they were applied to old bills and when I asked which bills they said they didnt know because it wasnt showing on their end. They did not note that I had called in either . I finally called in and recorded it and let them know that I was recording the conversation. Everyone needs to Record your conversation with their billing department to use as proofSonora Quest Laboratories LLC

Their billing representatives are the worst! I ordered my own lab tests online because it was needed for my schools program and while I was making my payment the website had a glitch and said there was an error. It didnt even say that the payment was confirmed. So I went ahead and started another order of the same tests, this time the payment was successful and it showed me a payment confirmation page. However, when I checked my bank account it said that I was still charged for the first one even though the website said it was unsuccessful??!! Called the billing person immediately and the lady spoke like she wasnt getting paid to do that job, however she still said shell request for a refund. Couple days passed and I saw that the charge already posted on my account so I called again to ask for help over what happened. And yall when I thought the first lady was already rude, this second one is way worst ?? she was a total b*tch and kept cutting me off while I was explaining. She didnt even bother helping me and then said what the ****, cant find your name then hung up on me :)) this effin place is a joke. Cant believe I was charged $169 TWICE and I couldnt even get someone to help me. Yall need to get your acts together!!!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

I spoke to ***** yesterday to gain access to my minor child's test results. I had submitted and been denied the request twice and was told to call a phone number to figure it out. ***** told me I had to just keep trying online, although that conflicts with the email I received. ***** keep interrupting me and talking over me saying there was absolutely nothing she could do over the phone to ***** me access to my child's results. When I questioned her why she said because it would take her time and she had other things to do. I requested to speak to another employee who could help me, maybe a supervisor, and she said she was the only person I could talk to. She was the rudest customer service representative that I have ever spoken to in my life. She acted like I was completely inconveniencing her by following the email directions and asking her to do her job. I called again today and spoke to a gentlemen who was able to sort out my problem within 15 minutes. He did, however, tell me he had a cold and was trying not to really work today or be on the phone very much. I am completely baffled about these people you are employing. They seem to not be sure about their job. If they are on the payroll I don't see any problem with them helping me. I wasn't demanding anything immediately or anything over the top. I was simply following the email directions which said to call a certain phone number, press option 3, and request that the test results be allowed to be viewed.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

As a former (retired) clinical laboratory scientist and Quest employee, I was disappointed that the phlebotomist who **** my blood did not mix the **** tube. When I asked her to please mix it she got very huffy and said she'd "do it later." Now I fear my test results will be compromised, negatively affecting my physician's ability to correctly diagnose and appropriately treat me. And, I'll have to pay for the potentially inaccurate or unhelpful blood tests because I have high deductible insurance. *************************Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

Have sent copies of all the ************** of deceased husband's insurance cards. They never bill ******** as instructed. Now get a letter bill will go to collections! Called them, AGAIN. I gave them the billing address of *********** which they should have anyway. I informed them ot is illegal in the *********** to balance bill a person on ********. Also informed them if it isn't cleared up this time, I will get a Pro **** lawyer and get in touch with 3 On Your Side. I do not take kindly to incompetence. I do not bully easily. The refund policy is absurd. All I wanted was a specific test for $8, and the checkout process was confusing, suggesting I added another $37 test for a comprehensive examination on the same thing. At the time I thought it was mandatory. I called and got clarity that it was optional and wanted it refunded. They then said I had to pay $20 to cancel. I will be filing a chargeback, and they can eat the cost of double what I paid.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

I got bloodwork done in September of 2021, and it should have been (and was) entirely covered by my insurance. I had forgotten about the bill, but eventually did get this figured out and officially paid for by my insurance in January (my bad). The Explanation of Benefits (***) shows the payment was fully processed on February 2nd, 2022, but I received relentless, harassing, daily phone calls all through March asking me to pay the bill. After telling them that my insurance paid for the bill in its entirety already, I was told I need to send the *** to them. I sent the *** from my insurance on March 30th, 2022. A billing customer service representative replied to my email with confirmation that they received the information on April 4th, and told me I would hear back within **** days after they reviewed the information, but I never heard from anyone at the company again. This bill was sent to collections shortly after on April 15th despite being paid for and without notifying me. I only found out on 12/24/2022 it was sent to collections after it showed up on my credit report. It took so long for me to notice because I never heard from any collections agency or Sonora Quest that I still owed anything for this bill (because it was paid for!). I emailed Sonora Quest two times to no answer either time (even though the automated response says you'll hear back in 3-5 days). A third time, I told them if I do not hear a response, I will file a BBB complaint. They responded to this within 24 hours and told me they removed the remaining balance and pulled it from collections. After reading the other reviews, it's clear this is not an uncommon complaint for this company, and I have no idea how they have an A+ rating when this has happened to so many people. I'm not the type to leave reviews, but this was just a horrible experience from start to finish. If you can help it, avoid this place at all costs because I have never hated a company like I do this one :)Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC
