  I love Blinds Chalet! I just placed my 3rd order. This time I wasnt certain on the color so I ordered the samples. They came very quickly, within 3-4 days. Their website says 1-3 weeks, but mine were ready to ship in just 3 days. I appreciate the quality, fast service and very easy installation. You would think ordering custom blinds would be very expensive, but Blinds Chalet are very reasonably priced. Im sure this will not be my last order!

  I've never ordered new window treatments before, and the thought of measuring wrong or choosing the wrong product, or not getting the right features added to my shades was making me crazy. But once I talked to one of the Blinds Chalet design consultants, I felt so much better! I didn't need to know all the answers, I just needed to know the questions. And they gave me the answers I needed to put together the perfect custom window shades order. ***** basically knew everything there was to know about window shades, helped me decide if I actually needed black-out liners or not, and even pointed me toward a solution I could love for my sliding glass door. The window shades arrived in multiple boxes on different days, but once they all arrived, I had everything I needed to update the window treatments throughout my entire house. And they weren't messing with my head when they told me that a DIY installation was completely approachable. I installed all 12 ***** shades and 4 faux wood blinds by myself on a Saturday morning. It felt completely victorious. And they still look stunning. I highly recommend custom window shades - and I highly recommend working with BlindsChalet.com. I also highly recommend taking full advantage of their experience by ordering samples, calling the design consultants, and accessing all of the helpful how to measure, how to install, etc. info on their site. They had so much info - and were so willing to answer questions, it was hard to feel nervous about tackling the project. I loved it. And I love the new look - I just wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide I could tackle the project of ripping out my old mini blinds and putting up new shades and blinds.

  BlindsChalet refuses to honor their own warranty. I specifically purchased an extended warranty that cost double the standard one. Now they wont respond to email in a timely manner and if they do its not helpful. They have flat out refused to fix a blind that broke within a week of installation. Instead they told me to take it apart and work on it. I recommend avoiding this company if they treat a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with them this way.

  We show that there was an issue with a blind purchased in 2021 and the blind that wasn't working properly was remade in May of 2022. It was delivered via ***** ************ on 5/25/22.

  That was due to a manufacturing issue. Poor quality control. **************** was atrocious and flat out refused to respond. You sure responded fast to this review.

  Boy we have purchased quite a number of blinds for our 3 season porch. 2 of them were sent to us and will not fit because they cut them wrong and 1 of them the mechanism that has them go up and down completely came out. We are just getting a run around for about a month now. We are told take pictures We did it but those pic but we had to send different ones they instructed us to do. . So Did it a different way per, their instructions. So after talking to them, we have to call again and again . They say the manufacturer has to get back to them. How long do you need??? It's been a long processes so far to get no where!! We have the other ones in place but the 3 are still missing. We have paid for all of them even before we got them, but we just want the 3 to be taken care of!

  Customer's complaint was escalated to a supervisor on 8/29/22 and the supervisor has spoken to customer and addressed the issues. 2 of the shades are being remade, these are custom made products and they take an average of **** business days. For the 3rd shade a replacement part has been sent to customer to solve the issue.

  I ordered blackout cellar shades for the ************** REALLY block out the light! They fit the windows perfectly, move up & down with ease & the white cotton shade of white is soft & pleasing. The one complaint I have is that the manufacturer sent the wrong screws, raised head instead of flat, & the shades simply wouldn't grab the little clip in back. After speaking to a very personable rep at ** they credited my card, I purchased the right screws & the shades hang beautifully. I called the *** three times, twice before ordering & the one time with the screws problem. I found their people, kind, courteous & helpful. I believe I received fair value in this purchase & would not hesitate to order from Blinds Chalet again.
