    Honestly, these are the worst blinds I have ever seen. They are just one step up from paper. I have literaly gotten better quality walking into Lowes and having them cut the shades there on the spot. My biggest regret is that I spent over $1000 on really poor quality blinds. When I called customer service and complained, they said I should've ordered a sample. I ordered black shades to match my office, and when you roll them up, you see the white paper attached to them. I think their reviews should be investigated, because I cannot believe they are real. I will write the BBB an official complaint because they have a satisfaction guaranteed badge - and they don't care if you are satisfied or not.

    My first order from Blind Chalet was for a new build in 2010. I ordered their wood blinds for my entire lower level. They are still going strong. No replacements at all.I have been ordering from them off and on since that time for new blinds that I changed from shades to blinds. I actually have a new blind coming today as I am wring this review.Ordering has always been very smooth and if I had questions, it was great to do a live chat or email to get a fast reply. I would recommend Blinds Chalet to anyone looking for wood or faux wood blinds. I have ordered both and have very pleased.Pat P

    Had a great experience with this company! I ordered 4 blinds for ****** online and was amazed at how quickly they came and the quality and color are excellent- easy to install too :)I did have a problem with one of the box brackets being hard to open and I accidentally bent it, so I called them and was able to speak to a rep immdediately who sent replacement brackets, no extra charge, even though I was the one who caused the damage Great blinds and customer service to match!

    Do NOT do business with this company. This is one of the most frustrating companies weve ever had to deal with and just absent customer service from them, if you can even call it customer service.After reading the other negative reviews on this site, we couldnt agree more with their assessment as we experienced the exact same issues.We measured our windows over and over again with complete and verifiable accuracy and they sent us blinds that are are 3/8 to 1/2 too long and as a result do not hang straight in our window as they buckle from being too long.We contacted the company and were assigned a representative.The representative (and her touted 11 years of experience) is VERY slow in being responsive to our emails and will take several days to hear back from her and only after we follow up with another email to her and it will still take another three days to hear back from her. She asked us to send pictures of us taking the window measurements which we did once and then she asked us to do again two weeks later. She then tells us that she cannot determine from our pictures if we are taking the correct window measurements?? We took MANY detailed pictures of how we measured the windows with dead on accuracy. We determined that after sending her the second set of pictures that its clear she is not even looking at our pictures.Her blanket response is that the factory will only cut the vertical blinds at a 2 deduction, but we clearly showed in the pictures that the deduction should be between 2 3/8 and 2 1/2 to fit our window properly. Why even ask us to send you pictures if your just going to tell us that the factory in ****** will only cut the vertical vanes using a 2 deduction? We waited this many weeks and sent two sets of pictures for you to tell us that the factory will not make them any other way??We are experienced window covering individuals and Blind Chalet is nothing but a web front to a factory in ******. So very disappointed.

    Satisfaction NOT guaranteed! Their guarantee on the web site is misleading and not explained clearly when you order. I wanted to replace seven blinds in my home and wanted to order just one blind to understand the brackets and what was involved. The sales rep agreed it was great idea not bothering to mention they dont allow returns. How can a company claim Satisfaction Guaranteed on their site when they dont allow returns? This shouldnt be allowed and is very misleading to the consumer!Purchase your blinds elsewhere!

    Sent blinds without the brackets to hang them up, which I need ASAP because the neighbor who lives across from me was arrested for stalking me and released on his own recognizance until his trial on May 25, 2023. Police told me to put up blinds. I have blackout blinds but during the day I need light of course so I ordered solar blinds so the stalker can't look inside during the day. Blinds arrived without brackets. I've completed the "Contact Us" form and called the customer service number multiple times. When you call, you're automatically put on hold then disconnected after no one picks up after 12 minutes. I called for over an hour, trying and retracing. Finally, on the last attempt, they picked up after 9 minutes and said they can't tell me when I'll get the brackets. They were abrupt and unfriendly.

    Great window bamboo blinds at a great price. They will send free samples. Ordering online was very easy, shipping fast, blinds well packaged. Easy to install, easy raising and lowering mechanisms for this cordless blinds. They were cut accurately and fit my inside mount perfectly. I chose the woven Wood in ***** Ferret, for the whole house. They are on the dark side of brown with a tight weave that blocks the light/sun very well. I took advantage of a great Black Friday sale and got a huge discount. Would consider buying more in the future if I had more windows.

    I would order from this company 100 times ,but I don't have so many windows :) If you guys looking for great blinds - superrrrrr high recommend them !!!!!I had order from them so many times for my our houses .And again - Great ,Great again !!!!
