      We have been using Green machine for roof rat control for a few years. They have always been on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our first interaction today with ****** was no different. We appreciate Green Machine's commitment to Better Business Bureau standards and how they instill trust in every transaction.

      The owner was horrible to deal with and refused to refund my money for a service that wasnt provided in an adequate time and at the end of the day served no purpose regardless. It also took constant follow up from myself before he talked to me finally, only to tell me that I misunderstood and that he had my name in writing on the paper, he made sure I knew that. Regardless of not coming to an agreement there he wasted my time with condescending questions to compare the situation to whatever, that had no purpose or value to the conversation. Again I had to call back about this Id say 5 times over 2-3 weeks to be able to speak to him as I sit there listening to waiting music about how they have the best customer service out there, meanwhile the owner doesnt practice what he preaches. Really didnt like that aspect of this business and feel like all the guy cared about was that I signed his document. All the other staff was friendly for sure, but I even got confirmation when they picked up the traps that none of them went off and basically I did indeed waste $250 for nothing. Above all would not want to contribute to anything affiliated with the owners business again

      Jamily is so friendly and professional. She reflects the type of service I have come to expect with Green Machine. They're always on time, they text if any issues arise, they inform us of potential issues but do not try to "sell" a service. Highly recommended for pest control.

      ****** came out to do a recheck for roaches that we had noticed. She is friendly, helpful and very thorough! She is a great asset to Green Machine.

      ****** was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Did exceptional job removing spider webs on patio and backyard. Extremely happy with Green Machine. Excellent service, did a great job

      One of my business locations has been using Green Machine Pest Control for over 2 years now and they have always done a phenomenal job. We recently started to get ants at our other location and decided to give Green Machine a call to service it. ****** was the person who sprayed and inspected our new store. She took her time assessing our situation and found many areas that needed spraying. After she put down the stuff for the ants, she made sure all of other areas were taken care of, many areas I didnt even think about until she pointed out. This company is very professional and they knows what theyre doing. Dont waste your time going with anyone else! Its hard to find good customer service and happy, hard working employees these days, which is why its so refreshing to work with Green Machine Pest Control! Thank you so much for coming out, well see you again soon.
