Just had **** at the condo. He did an inspection for termites, scorpions and other critters. None were found. **** is a very kind young man. He is a very personable and a very helpful person. I can tell he loves his job. That says a lot about the company he works for as well.

Excellent and fabulous company. From the 1st phone call with the outstanding and extremely polite **************** Representative, to the 1st service with ******, who went above and beyond in explaining things to me, and when I even asked her about a dead bug I found, she researched the critter and told me what it was; she is truly a gem, and so good with my dog, and extremely personable and very caring. My 2nd service was yesterday with ************************* and another technician, and again, on time, together with outstanding, proficient, personable, kind, caring, and informative with regards to all services performed. I can't say enough about this company - I moved into my home in the Fall, and discovered scorpions...yikes; even in the dog's water bowl - I was ready to move! I had initially hired another company, but eventually after much frustration and lack of service, and horrible customer service, I found my way to ******************************************* and I'm thrilled!! Excellent service as usual. I have a small grapevine and they went the extra mile for me on that, doing research to find an "organic" product that would help with caterpillars and resulting moth infestation. The moths are not their typical area of treatment based on the service I purchased from them but they went the extra mile in service. ****************** came by to assist ****** to get this spray applied quickly since she would not be in the area again very soon. ****** was servicing a home a short distance and took care of it for her. Travis is a very friendly person. He is very knowledgeable and always answers all our questions. We goes out of his way to take care of any problems we have had. We are pest free. This morning I had a complimentary full inspection of my home by **** with Green Machine. What an excellent program that Green Machine has of offering this service to their customers. I have been with Green Machine for four years, with excellent customer service! **** listened to my concerns and was professional and thorough.
