    Acumen Fiscal agent, don't deserve even one star especially their ***** branch. Words can't express how disgusted I am with is company I will be reaching out to the ***** I don't understand why they have a A+ rating when the company treats people like trash.

    We have been unsuccessful in reaching ******************** in order to gather additional information in regard to this review.Time submitted for pay is current thru August 20th. However, Acumen is not able to pay more hours than have been authorized per week by an ***. The employer in this case has been notified of the weekly *** for this service set by the *** and provided information to hopefully prevent any confusion on the employee's part moving forward.

    Acumen is so easy to work with. I never had any problems with them. You have to get to know about funding before accusing Acumen for anything. They only do payroll. Personally, communication with them is always more then perfect, app is so easy to use and I never wait more then few hours for them to call me back. Thank you Acumen.

    Acumen does not take care of their business and has a major communication problem when it comes to calling back their clients.Acumen exhibits *************** skills that pertain to employees getting paid. I am going on a month of not able to sign in on the *** app and acumen claims that they can not help me, that I need to contact my employer. So I did contact my employer, they did not get back to the employer until a week latersaid the employee should be able to clock in nowwell, not true. Still unable to clock in. If your employer uses Acumen as their payroll company, Tell your employer to go with a different payroll management company so you can depend on getting paid for services you provided. Next step, report Acumen to the labor work force,

    We would like to apologize for the trouble this person has experienced due to the delay in payment. Acumen understands the importance of the care provided to each individual and the crucial impact any delay in payment can cause to an employee and his/her family.Unfortunately, Acumen, as the **** is not able to provide payment for any service provided without an active authorization. In this case, the authorization which was entered by **************** was entered incorrectly and was not corrected in the **************' system until August 18th. On August 18th, it was entered into our system. The ** and EE were contacted within 1 business day to inform them of the resolution and assistance in entering hours worked was offered at that time.
