Worse company ever, the only time my check is correct is when I send in a paper timesheet. Issues punching in on App for months, not the correct information has been given. Employer does not know her pin # for me to punch in, no one has reached out to her, as of last Thursday I was told the employer would have the pin#. They do not. Not to mention these are elderly people we are dealing with, some have had strokes, seeing impaired, bedridden etc but they are expected to put a pin # into a cell phone! Give me a break half of them have disabilities that prevent them from being able to do this!! Im told I have to use the app as of today to punch in my time, then you do your part to provide the employer with the correct information I need in order to punch in!!! Having to punch in for PC punch out then punch right back in for SCH hours is ridiculous and not fair to the client. Response time is horrible also..Review fromMark K

This place let a guy use my name and social and collect funds for a few years under their company and nothing was done about it. Taxes was taking out that I have not paid and they have not helped me or even acted like they care. Everyone I speak to say the same thing they working on it. Its going on a year and still nothing. I told them it was fraud and they still have not done anything about it. And Im not the only one they let this guy do this to.Acumen Fiscal Agent

Acume really deserve zero star. I have never seen anything like this company. No integrity no compassion for clients. **************** very rude. But they get it from poor upper management. This company is terrible. My case manager refuses to fix my pay issues, and I am struggling to pay my bills because of it. She refuses to return calls and emails. She also wont give me her supervisors number. These people expect employees to just work for free. They do not know how to communicate, and I would never recommend working for them.Acumen Fiscal Agent

The reason you did not receive the pay you were expecting was due to additional tax withholdings you elected on your W4. I find it funny you say this when yall split my pay in 2 and were taxing both checks, yall were taking $150 from me when you were only supposed to take $75.. but of course you left that part out. Even the women who helped me figure out what was going on said she doesnt understand why my pay wasnt being given in one check.Review fromSarah D

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Poor communication skills with all personnel and lack of accountability. My employee hasnt been able to Clockin and clock out for well over a month and all I get when I reach out to anyone is the codes in the system need to updated. Ok so youve been aware of this issue for more than a month and the problem hasnt been corrected and they still give this same excuse as to why your employee has been paid and cant clock in or out in the app. Its ridiculous. They put families at risk for losing good employees because they can never fix issues promptly for them to get paid. This isnt the first time Ive had issues. I would like to make an official complaint about Acumen. We've been trying to get my mom enrolled in the program since July 2022. It's now December 2022 and her enrollment is still pending. There have been delays after delays because of missing information yet we can't reach anyone regarding the missing information. When we do reach someone via phone, they are unable to tell us anything other than that they will put in a ticket for someone to reach back out. Of course, no one reaches back out. We can never get a hold of the person who leaves a message, there's been times that we are told no one by that name works there. I understand you guys are busy and there are delays however your enrollment and onboarding process is ridiculous and needs attention. The worst thing is no one on your team can assist with anything. They always say that they will put in a ticket. Acumen does not do their and has a major communication problem when it comes to calling back their clients. I have been an employer with Acumen for 7+ years. They are awful. Every time there is a new employee a new set of rules apply depending on who handles your file. I also had an employee whom I spoke with not be truthful with her supervisor and both became extrememly rude to me. This was 6 weeks after submitting paperwork and after several emails which I have never received a response to. Long waits for "Good to Go" has been going on since my first association with Acumen. I did call the number for complaints approximatley ********************************************************* email. This is how their employees respond - ignore voice mails and ignor emails so not sure why I expected anything else.In setting up my latest employee Acumen made a mistake on the reference codes. I called about this on Thursday of last week. SOmeone was to get back to me with the update as of today I have heard from no one, the referenced code has not been corrected. They constantly cost me money.I do not like this company nor do I recommend this company however when I started there was no other option in Georgia. To change companies I would be required to go through the approval process again so again I have no option. Horrible customer serviceAcumen Fiscal Agent

They have not paid me in a month. One check was deposited into someone else's account without my consent and the other has just gone missing. I've called consistently and all they can say is "we don't know what happened, we are working on it". If I have to wait any longer, I will have to consider filing a civil suit.Acumen Fiscal Agent
