My. Air conditioner has been broken since July. First of 2024, it is now July 25th. And my air conditioner as still has not been fixed on q. Property management will not respond to my phone calls will not give me an update on when. They can fix the air conditioner. Very unhappy Tenets ****** and ***********************.

OnQ has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and extremely rude regarding maintaince issues. From leaks to electrical issues to AC outages, OnQ has been nothing but unhelpful and exhausting to deal with. Have not interacted with anyone who seems to have empathy, morals, or work ethic. At this point they are close to (possibly already have) violating state law with their "management." I urge anyone looking at their properties to look elsewhere.Review fromAdam B
