  Amazing company! Amazing employees! Very professional and only use the best products on customers vehicles! Will be the only company I use for ANY of my vehicles! Did I mention they are family owned and operated? That's the type of company we should be supporting!

  I would say one star is one too many. I have used you three times in my recent years with my two vehicles. Now that you have my number I get a call every day wanting to know if I need your service. These calls are very annoying and I have asked at least **************************** but every day I get a call and Im getting very angry and to the point that I would never use you again. I feel like Im being harassed. One person says theyll take me off of their list another person says the same thing I get a third person who says the same thing. How many employees do you have? How many people do you have to make this angry? I asked for a manager and was told he was not available and is not in the office. I asked for him to call me back and he said that he could take me off of his list and its the best he could do. I am angry and I will tell all of my friends to be sure, and never use this company.

  I am not recommended this place. why? this my experience on my 22 Highlander.They has the employee come out to replace the cracked windshield and they did.After all we find out the new windshield is a defective windshield which inside the glass have contamination and can not be clean and installed on. The tint strip have a lots of dust and look like c*** the tech guy doesn't know tint.I asked for the repair defective glass, they willing to replace second time in condition that I and my 2 small kid have to TRAVEL down to the shop for inspected at the temperature of 121 degree hot out side and must revise the reviews which I did it but now I have to tell the truth and edit it again. This is hassle, waisted time back and forth, gas, hot temperature....small cash back is not worthy the try.Second time the guys come out and replace the defective glass but he doesn't know how to tint either. He said he will schedule the tint guys to come out but no one contacted me within couple days for that until I call to the office.It been going on for like a month, finally the front office response with they will replace the tint "but they don't know when". LOL. And they have not come out to do the tint until now. Come on auto glass 2020 this is Business not a Joke.I will leave this feedback here so people will know how frustrating I was, this post will not be take down until they finish there job. come to this point I don't care anymore just feel sick and tire of this place. I will share this post everywhere so people can be aware of this matter.auto glass 2020 your glass is defective and you have to fix fairly it in your warranty. You want people good reviews then prove yourself....

  Setup an appointment for Wednesday and got a call in the morning on the day of the appointment to be told that they would not be able to get my glass on time. They must reschedule me for Saturday. On Saturday, recalibrator called to tell me he is on his way however, the glass technician hasn't showed up yet to replace the glass. I called them and was told to wait. Got a call later in the day and was told that the tech wasn't told to get the glass and the place is already closed for the day. Two set appointments and no results. A whole week wasted.

  Terrible work, they made damages to my vehicle outside of the windshield as well, including glue on my hood, damage to the seal around the glass, left gap in the window installation which resulted into cracking the new window a week after replacement. They use cheap glass, and they do not honor their word, not to mention the unprofessionalism of their techs
