Auto glass 2020 makes promises to its customers that it does not follow through on promises made throughout the replacement process. I would not trust this business for any windshield replacements. They still owe me a reimbursement check for work completed three months ago.Review fromMichelle P

This company is a scam. They promised me a rebate, and four months later, I still haven't received it. Repeated attempts to get answers have been met with silence, vague excuses, or outright ignoring me. They refuse to let me speak with a manager, which tells me they either dont care or know theyre in the wrong.Its clear their strategy is to string customers along until they give up. I have used these guys before and really liked them. I called again and replaced my windshield really counting on the incentive. This was weeks ago and still nothing. It put me in a bind. I'm so mad because I feel like they could have been honest and I could have gotten the same amount elsewhere. And had the money I was really and still am really counting on. I almost sent a couple of friends their number. Thank God I was suspicious immediately after my windshield was installed and he didn't have the check.Auto Glass 2020

Spoke with ***** regarding having windshields replaced on two vehicles. Upon our initial conversation he stated there was up to a $300 rebate for the windshield replacement, but would need to wait till he was in the office. Upon his call back ***** stated that it would be a $200 rebate for the vehicle and he would see about doing the tint thats on ****** on the windshield as well. I was waiting to schedule while balancing being out of town and busy, in which time ***** called and texted multiple times about setting up the replacement. I was finally back in town and scheduled the replacement with ***** and 2020 Auto Glass. Today they replaced the windshield after first dispatching to the wrong address. The tint on the windshield is a strip that the installer told me he just noticed moisture under upon arrival and said if it didnt correct after a few days, I would need to reschedule or bring it to the shop to fix. When asked about the rebate, I was told to contact the office manager ***** as ***** wasnt in the office today. When I called *****, he was rude and condescending from the start. He stated that ***** didnt set up a $200 rebate and wouldnt. That my vehicle is so old that it didnt really qualify for anything. When I told him about the conversations with *****, he just kept repeating that for a 2005 4Runner that it was way too old of a vehicle and that ***** would have never even told me about a rebate because how old it was. After trying to get off the phone multiple times, he was just getting more disrespectful. The company is lying to customers to get windshield replacements, even alter I received a text from ***** stating that if newer vehicle that needs calibration Im allowed to give top $165. From a company offering up to $300 for replacement, this was even started while I was on the phone with ***** the office manager.Auto Glass 2020

6/19/2024 - Appointment made to have my glass replaced and tint strip on top of windshield replaced between 12-5 PM. Technician (*********) calls me at 1:42 PM and says he only has a four inch tint strip. I said the strip I have is 6 or 8 inch. He said he had to purchase it but would arrive at 8:00 AM to complete the work on 6/20/2024.6/20/2024 - 8:20 No show no call. I contact office (*****) she says he will arrive in 45 minutes. 10 minutes later technician (*********) calls me says he over slept and he would not be here by 9:20 which was the 45 minutes. I tell him not to bother coming. I text office (*****) and ask '"Does anyone there want to replace a windshield?" She tells me she will send the owner today to give her 10 minutes. Technician *********** texts me apologizes and says he will fix it. I say OK come this morning bring 8 inch tint strip. Technician *********** never responds and no shows. Office (*****) never calls me back in ten minutes. I call back 3 hours and 24 minutes later and ask if she forgot about me. She said she was going to get someone out here. I said never mind. If this is the service you want use this company. I looked up their BBB rating and it is an abysmal at 1.67 stars out of 5. I am a pretty easy going customer if something comes up just make it right. This work was not done by us. Those two employees were actually FORMER employees who were let go for those exact reasons. Awful experiencestick around for story.Install Tech ****** on the side of my house - photo attached Install Tech broke the trim piece on windshield after install and and scratched my car in multiple spots - photos attached They could not calibrate after install and said it was due to an update required.GM called and was so embarrassed and admitted he called so I wouldnt leave a bad review online. I said if they made it right I wouldnt, which they did not.Took to *** to calibrate. Turns out install tech broke a camera that is going to cost me $3700. ******** refused to fix saying it could have been like that before they arrived and that another installer could have done it.I gave them 3 weeks to have the owner or GM call me to make it right. No call after 4-5 attempts to reach them They did 2 other vehicles of ours on different days and reschedule all 3 vehicle installs at least twice and was never on time for an appointmentReview fromTina R

They did terrible work on my car. Left lots of prices of glass on my dashboard and inside dashboard speakers. Twice trying to replacing my windshield and 5 times calibrate it. They used first cheap glass, not OEM, and s**** up camera. After spending 5 day of time with them, thy told me go to dealer.I went to the dealer and they said whoever work on that before, s**** up camera. So I call them many time. They stop pick up the phone. It was very hard to reach them. But when i got reach them they for while tell me " let me figure out what is goin g on and call you back. And it never happened. So later when I reach they, they start saying alway different story like: "when we start work on your car, it has already 40 error codes" - "your camera didn't work" before. Or if I get different person on the phone, they start blaming dealer, like they s**** up camera, talk to them. And basically told me there did their job and now they not responsible anymore. Case closed. It was going on for hole month like that.So dealer just finally fix and calibrate my camera. And gave me report: ........ coding for front camera has been removed, no basic setting on car, al 000code for 00A5.So they input new SVM coding for camera and ran calibration after. Horrible customer service. Wont stand by warranty and windshield leaks and my Jaguar wipers removed and not replaced. Dont do it. Beware of this company. Rude and hard to get anyone on phone. Go elsewhere, bad bad bad company all around.
