"Holly Chevrolet is not a good place to take your vehicle they had my 2019 Silverado in the shop for a whole month told me that they could find nothing wrong so when I get ready to leave with my truck it wouldn't start till they boasted it off and I got ready to leave I didn't have any breaks so I pull it back up to the doors slowly they came out pull the truck in the shop came back out and told me that I needed a electrical control valve so I ask him how much will it cost he told me $1,400 and I told him he must be crazy so I jumped in my truck go home slowly cuz I didn't have any breaks and got home jumped in my wife truck went bought me a battery put it in there and everything started back working, everything but my transmission and it still slipping so they are ripped off I didn't get my transmission fixed I called GMC finance they told me to take it to another dealer so I'm waiting to see when can I bring it in Holly Chevrolet need to be on investigation they going to charge me $1,400 and all I needed was a battery so I called but back to ****** Chevrolet service department and ask to speak to the guy named ****** who is over at the apartment and I told him I put a battery in my truck and nothing else was wrong but y'all still didn't fix my transmission and I told him the mechanic that he got in there don't know what he's doing trying to charge me $1,400 for a **** battery something need to be done about it"
