About Us
BBB of the Mid-South, located in Memphis, TN, serves all 21 Tennessee counties west of the Tennessee River, Crittenden County, AR, and the top 6 counties in Northwest Mississippi. We help to strengthen our communities through education, outreach, scam prevention and promoting trustworthy businesses. BBB staff is available to speak to your business, community, church or senior group on a variety of consumer topics, including identity theft and scams. We also offer workshops on consumer topics like how to spot a scammer, ethics in everyday life, and how to be a smart consumer. Our phones are open from 9 AM - noon and from 1 PM - 3 PM Monday - Friday. How can we help you today?
