Walmart + customers are now being charged $6.99 for orders under $35.00. One of the advantages was no minimum order. This charge came as a surprise to me and I contacted customer service. The reasoning was not valid to me so I cancelled Walmart +.

I recently updated my address after moving — a completely normal thing — but Walmart blocked all my transactions ever since. I’ve contacted support multiple times over the past four days, and every single time I get the same response: “We’ve escalated it, try again in a few hours.” Nothing changes. No progress, no follow-up, no resolution.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable for a retailer of this size. If something as routine as an address change can lock your account for days with no real help, it’s a serious red flag.

Walmart held "Walmart+ Week" during April 28, 2025 – May 4, 2025, says to " celebrating our Walmart+ members with exclusive offers and discounts." There were a few "offers". I used 1) earn $5 in Walmart cash for using scan & go, 2) 50 Cents off per Gallon at Exxon/Mobil Stations, and 3) Bonus Offer: A bonus of $10 in Walmart Cash when members take advantage of two or more Walmart+ Week offers. However, I did not receive anything from walmart and I have reached out through chat three times, each time was told it would be solved in a couple days. Walmart, is this how you treat/cheat your walmart+ member?

Do not use the delivery app at this store they can just cancel it when they choose and don't tell u that til after they take ur money. So then ur out your money waiting days for it to get back because THEY screwed up. They screw u and u gotta pay for it . Wal Mart used to be good folks doing good business now they are just like the rest of corporate America. If everyone would just stop using them maybe they might realize how far they have gotten from good old American values and morals... JUST DONT USE THEM THEY LIE AND RIP FOLKS OFF .

Unacceptable Treatment and Systemic Failures — Twice Burned by Walmart
Let me be very clear: this is the second time Walmart’s broken system has put my family in a terrible position—and I’m done staying quiet about it.
Most recently, I placed an order that included a jack I needed to repair my vehicle and get it back on the road. The order status said “delayed,” and then, just like last time, it never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told I couldn’t cancel the order until the “system resets at midnight.” Seriously? That’s the best they can do?
Now I have to wait up to 10 days to get MY money back for an item I never received—while my car sits undriveable in the driveway.
Last time this happened, the order contained baby formula, milk, and food for my infant. Essentials. I was told to go pick it up at the store, only to arrive and find that the store had no record of the order whatsoever. The store manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and flat-out rude. And let’s be honest—it likely had everything to do with my skin color. I filed a complaint and never heard back. No resolution. No accountability. No apology.
Walmart continues to fail at even the most basic level of customer service—especially for people who don’t have time, energy, or extra money to burn. Twice now, I’ve been left scrambling because of their incompetence, and I’ve had enough. I’m posting this everywhere until I see some accountability.
Fix your systems. Fix your staff. And stop treating people like their time and money don’t matter.

I went into Walmart today expecting a quick, easy trip. I only needed jasmine rice, mayonnaise, and a couple of hygiene products for my daughter. Unfortunately, what should have taken 15 minutes turned into a frustrating and humiliating experience.
First, I couldn’t even access razors without assistance. No one was around to help, and I nearly left without them, which would have cost the store an additional $50 in sales. A worker finally arrived just as I was about to leave.
At checkout, the register double-scanned my mayonnaise, which required an override. Even after the override, the system flagged me because I didn’t bag it immediately. The screen replayed a video of me like I was stealing, which was incredibly embarrassing.
To make things worse, when I tried to leave, I was stopped again because of my large bag of jasmine rice. I had accidentally left my receipt at the register, and was made to feel like a thief yet again.
I’m beyond frustrated with Walmart. Shopping shouldn’t make customers feel criminalized. I understand they deal with theft, but treating every paying customer like a suspect is unacceptable. This was humiliating, inconvenient, and completely unnecessary. I will continue to speak out publicly about how poorly customers are treated here.
