I would not recommend this company at all, I dropped my truck off to have repairs done to the back panel that had a dent. They ended up having the truck for 6 weeks and every time I called they kept saying they were waiting on a part and then the last 2 weeks they had it, they starting saying it would be ready that day and it never was, this went one for 2 weeks. When I finally was able to pick up the car it had an additional 1500 miles on it. Not to mention all the trash they left in the bed of the truck from all the places they had been eating from. This shop is doing some fraudulent activity so do not take your car here for any repairs.

My car was damaged in July 2023, the other driver's insurance carrier, referred ******************* in *********** as their preferred vendor. Had the car inspected by ******, said it would be 7-10 days to fix. I brought it in on Aug 7th, after 10 days it still was not ready due to them being backed up. On day 14, called to come in & inspect the car to be picked up. I came & saw what they had done, First thing that was noticed was a bad paint run on the painted fender that was to be removed & replaced,, instead they tried to repair it & was totally unacceptable & looked really bad, then test drove w/ the ****** rep, a real bad shimmy in the left front tire, was very bad. They said they done 2 two alignments by 2 different companies, on the frontend & it still a shimmy. Brought back to the shop for them to correct the mistakes, & install a new fender as promised. When they confronted the painter/body man about the fender, he took it on his own to repair it rather than replace it. He got fired over it, went out & keyed the other side of my car & stole equipment off it. Everything went downhill, it was a delay after a delay. its the end of *********** rushed to the hospital for an emergency operation that put me in ICU for 4 weeks, during which time, my eldest son was able to carry on & stay up with ******** progress. after another 4 wks of haggling about the frontend shimmy, they sent it to a Buick dealership, they looked at it & turns out that there's bolt in the tire that needs to replaced, instead they had Buick patch the tire & gave us the car, stating that the car was safe to drive. My son took the car for a test drive on the highway & the tire blow out, causing sever damage to the car, ****** & the insurance carrier denied the claim, stating that I had excepted the car as is. I was still in the hospital. Which was not true, they lied & deceived both me & the insurance carrier. They are the worst shop that took advantage of 74 year old disabled man. Shame on you. Rich S

This ******** came in for his initial estimate and started making demands of what and how we are going to do things, including the replacement of things that were NOT part of the accident. He was extremely rude and belligerent, so I asked him to leave, then he changed his attitude and apologized for being rude and wanted us to still repair his vehicle. Because it was USAA, I continued with the process of writing the estimate and sending it USAA.Once the vehicle came in, parts were ordered. As we went through the repair process and got the vehicle ready for P/U, we noticed that there was a run in the paint that was an easy fix, so we wet sanded it and buffed it.****************** was being very impatient and rude during the whole process, then he got sick and had to go to the hospital. His son ******** started calling and came to pick the vehicle up. He said I doesnt want the car back because he loved the rental ( dodge charger ) they gave him. He was being very nit picky and finding reasons to not pick up the vehicle. When he finally picked up he claimed that there was a really bad shake and it was related. We aligned the vehicle multiple times to show it was not from the accident but wear and tear from all the driving. Once again, we tried to do the right thing and had it towed to Tasca which was his shop of choice, after ***** looked at the vehicle they said the vehicle needed all 4 rotors and breaks need to be replaced plus there was a nail in the tire. ******* came in and was openly insulting to me and us as a company. The acting GM never got involved. He finally left with the vehicle. This was on a Friday. On the following Monday he showed back up at the shop accusing us of sabotaging his vehicle and called the police. When the police arrived, he was outside speaking to them and the officer came in and said This guy is insane, do you want him off your property. We said yes, so he kicked him off the property and told him not to come back.We did our best to make this ******** happy, between him and his son ******** they were extremely rude and nasty.Following are the notes that were entered at the times of the incidents:09/28/2023 Had veh towed to Taska Buick/GMC per ******************************* to check out why the veh is still vibrating when braking and pulling to the sides. Was advised by ********************* *************) from Taska that all 4 rotors and brake pads must be replaced (wear & tear). They also recommend brake fluid flush, replace the brake fluid cap, complete a wheel alignment (we already completed), repair the front left tire because of a bolt in it (I adv dealer that we would repair due to it may have happened at our facility). Dealer also states there is a diagnostic fee of $169 that will be waived if the work is completed at their facility. He sent me an invoice with the inspection results that I scanned into the file. Adv we would reach out to the ******** to make them ********/**/2023 Adv ******** ***************************** of situation (spoke with ******)- adv him that normal wear and tear of veh is not considered to be related to loss and he is responsible for all other charges. Adv that we are taking care of the front left tire and the dealer is willing to waive the diagnostic fee if the maintenance is completed there. Adv the rental is being cut off today. I called ERAC and made them aware that the rental is cut off today and son ******** is responsible to return it before 5pm. Adv ******** that we may be able to absorb the $93.60 tow bill from yesterday but not guaranteed. He is responsible for all other charges and for making arrangements to pick up the vehicle from Taska. He stated he is going to try to reach insurance to request coverage for the maintenance. He also states he wants the collision center there to check our body work. We adv him that the rental will not be covered for that and that would be on him. He understood. I called *** at Taska and let him know the situation.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP It all started when we had an accident, my insurance company told me to give ******************* a call. I dropped off my car, one week later and was told that the repairs would take one week. 2.5 weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I paid and picked up the car. I got home and started to look at the car, 25 spots with dirty in the paint, 2 spots with unrepaired rock paint chips were not repaired and a dripping paint ***** There is zero quality checks!!! I called and they informed me that this happens all the time, their paint booth needs replaced and people are always complaining about paint work. The Regional Manager called me and said he would look at the car personally and get back to me the following day. Never heard from ********************* again. They were nice enough to come pick up the car, called me hours later to return it, I asked" So you took care of ************** repairs?" They went out and said we will need to keep your car another couple of days, the chips are still there. There is more to the story but 5 weeks later, yes 5 WEEKS later, my minor repair was finally completely. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!

We took our car to Joe Hudson's Collision Center Auto Body Shop *****************************************************************************) to have right side tail light replaced. The estimator ***** took many pictures, wanted half a day for the work. They said they will call us before noon tomorrow. Noon next day they hadnt called, we called and they said they had just finished. We went there to pick up the car. Upon inspecting the new tail light (installed fine), we noticed immediately a PAINT CHIP ABOUT THE SIZE OF A WASP near the top of the back trunk door near the tail light, it is very visible as it is at the eye level, our car is a cross-over vehicle, white color. The office person ***** immediately pulled up the photos they took before repair, compared with current condition, she acknowledged on those photos our car didnt have the chip, agreeing the chip was new. She said the Manager, ***** is out for lunch, that he will call us. An hour later, we decided to call them. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called again. He said the chip looked to him like a bubble in the paint and was not his responsibility, but he wanted to look at the car himself. I drove back to the shop and he looked at it concluded it was a bubble. It wasnt there when we brought the car in and I did not know nor care how the damage was done, just that we now have a large chip in the paint at eye-level in the back of our SUV. If he is right about the bubble in the paint, they should have noticed the fact, if the damage occurred between time of estimate and drop-off, they should have notified us. We trusted them with our car. They dont honor our trust, they dont value us as customers. Instead of seizing the opportunity to show their customer how they handle problems, they have permanently put us off for any fixes in the future. This was our second disappointing experience with them, the last.

They are not a business of their word. They promised me regular updates, I received not one phone call updating me. Let me be clear, I am the ***** of the vehicle and they told my father what was wrong with the car, what needs fixing, how much the insurance paid, why and how long my car was delayed in service, NOT ME THE ***** OF THE *** (they didn't call me to ask permission if it was okay if they disclose MY information to him). If this is how all they treat all FEMALE HISPANIC vehicle owners. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My insurance needs to take them off their recommendation list.

I had a collision January 3rd, 2023 and dealing with insurance was an absolute nightmare. I've never experienced anything like it... I called minimum 50 shops and no where would accept "non drivable vehicles" due to the length of time it was taking to get parts. Everything is backed up. Calling Millenium was my final call after a long day and when ***** answered, she told me the same thing. I lost it. I was sobbing so hard that I could barely breathe. She asked me to hang on and I ended up on the phone with *****. He explained it would be at least 2 months before they could even look at it. I accepted because I had no other options. He was right on with his timeline and even though it took 11 weeks to find out my vehicle was considered totaled, he was up front the whole time and the reason I'm explaining all of this is because I learned more from ***** than anyone else... Including my own insurance company. At one point, I told him that i felt like he was the ONLY person on my side and he really didn't have a side. He was very communicative, honest and comforting through my whole ordeal and i will NEVER forget him. I would 100% recommend Millenium to anyone even if it's just for their hospitality. So thankful for ***** and his helpful knowledge.

Poor work quality, poor customer service, poor management by Jessica *****. After bringing several issues to light through a review, Jessica sent me a text message that included, "Thank you for giving up the opportunity to do business with you." I was then blocked from contacting her. I am now working through insurance channels to repair Joe Hudson Collision Center's work. After Joe Hudson Collision Center spent two months repairing my vehicle, and driving it ten miles, here are the obvious issues:

Front-end alignment needed - steering wheel not straight, pulling to right while driving
Driver's door interior panel was damaged
Driver's door exterior trim not matching
Glue exposed on and around driver's door handle, and running down the exterior door panel
Front left fender not aligned properly which is causing it to contact the pillar and causing paint damage
Brand new hood has chipped paint
      Hood emblems damaged
Pitting in paint on front bumper, also not matching other panels
      Orange/brown overspray/specks all around vehicle
Vinyl pin striping applied over original painted pin striping, also not matching colors
Under-hood wiring repaired with tape, and left not attached

Terrible! When we picked our car up we had more problems than before we dropped it off. My tent was scratched on the window, forgot to put foam inside my door, mirror was cracked, forgot to put the clear scratch proof stickers on, plastic was on outside of fender well, they told me my car would be ready in 1.5 weeks and 4.5 weeks later it was finally ready. Called us a month later saying we didn’t pay so we showed them proof we paid. They proceeded to send us certified letter saying we didn’t pay so we had to take printed proof from the bank we paid them and that still wasn’t enough proof.
