    You guys are GREAT! ****************************, and ******, were very helpful. Ive never had a septic system, and they were very patient, answered my questions, and gave me advice on regular maintenance, that I can do to prevent this type of build-up. Now, punctualityyour technicians were there quickly. A couple before my appointment. The receptionist/dispatchers were extremely pleasant to talk to and worked with me to make the whole process as convenient for me as possible. Im sorry I dont remember some of the names. But know that these employees are an asset to your company.

    Drain was slow draining. The plumber came out acceded the situation, climbed on the roof an snaked the drain. The water went down in the sink

    Comments: I needed help to find my home's cleanout and called Roto Rooter. A technician came out the same day. His first name is *****. He immediately got to work and was able to locate the cleanout. I was impressed with his deductive reasoning skills, patience with continuing the **** as he worked through each of the clues as to the cleanout's whereabouts, and overall curiosity and dedication to the job. He just didn't quit. He knew what he was doing and was truly dedicated to solving the problem. His approach was very impressive. He is a true professional and I will definitely call on Roto Rooter again. I will also spread the word to friends and neighbors.

    Continue to use for servicesthis time maintenance septic pumping was done. As usual was given fair and honest estimate for the services that were rendered upon my approval. It was comforting to know that records from past could be pulled up for reference as well. Plan to continue to use this company if the need arises in the future and would recommend to others needing an honest plumbing company!
