    Overall super easy to call and schedule a visit. Was able to get me a technician the same day I called. Technician that came out was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the problem. Was able to fix my problem in about an hour. Cleaned up after himself very well. Left things on better shape than they were when he arrived. Overall Im very happy with the work done.

    I truly appreciate the prompt service by Roto-Rooter's team members. I know the staff personnel are very busy but they made every effort to keep me inform. Without hesitation technician ***** knew the exact repair for the leaking pipe to my water heater and was finished within minutes. Roto-Rooter was my first choice and they exceed with satisfaction my expectations. Thanks
