- Refund and Exchange Policy
- The Member may cancel this Membership Agreement free from penalty within three days of its execution, exclusive of holidays and weekends, upon the mailing or delivery of written notice to 24/7, Inc., and upon such written notice, 24/7, Inc. shall refund all moneys paid under this Membership Agreement, except that 24/7, Inc. may retain an amount computed by dividing the number of complete days in the membership term or, if appropriate, the number of occasions health studio services are to be rendered, into the total membership price and multiplying the result by the number of complete days that have passed since the Membership Agreement's making or, if appropriate, by the number of occasions that health studio services have been rendered.
