  I reached out to *********************** CEO of fidelity in regards to help with a timeshare exit. He referred me over to a Law Firm in ********- ****** Law that has not done a single thing since February. I paid Fidelity $3800. This firm has lied to me on numerous occasions, told me the received all of our paperwork and mailings then changed there story and was missing pieces. They have asked us to send photos of our social security cards (RED FLAG) stop all payments to my timeshare, told me they are a casual office one lawyer who has over 300 cases and the attorney outdid herself and thats why case is lagging. I also can not find a legit website on them or get in touch with them through a business phone. Its always someones cell phone voicemail. I expressed myself to ***** and requested a new attorney since I have the right to terminate if inadequate and unprofessional which was on many levels. He will have to make this right for my family and I. So I dont need to waste anymore money fixing this now too! Very unhappy with services.

  4 years ago, we signed up with *********************** to help us exit our timeshares. We paid him $4800.00. We were told that if they could not help us in a reasonable time, they would refund our money. They have not gotten us out, and do not return my calls. I have tried to get in touch with ***********************, but he does not return my calls.

  Please remember that you are working directly with the law firm retained. Apparently you are involved in a lawsuit and you did not give your lawyer permission to disclose private information to **. We did follow up with their contact information incase you misplaced it.

  We are very happy with Fidelity and recommend their service!From the beginning, they told us the Resort would most likely "slow walk" the legal process, and to expect periods of delay. They were correct!The end result is that we are out of the Timeshare, with no liability! Definitely 5 Stars!

  My personal attorney referred Fidelity for me to cancel my timeshare contract. It was a long road, but they kept at it and now we are out! Highly recommend this company.
