*****, our case manager, was clear about the process involved. We forwarded all communication to the firm, and they dealt with everything until we were out of the timeshare. Great company with plenty of experience in this field.

The company is a very knowledgeable group of experts concerning the timeshare industry. The resort was already reporting our non-payment when we hired Resort Exit. After Resort Exit worked the case for almost a year, we accepted an offer of a deed back and removal of the credit reporting. We were very satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to others.

We had bought a ********* last year and what we bought was not what we got. We contacted Resort Exit and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in our situation. They got us out of our timeshare and saved us a lot of money. Thank you!

We had to pay high annual maintenance fees, even though health issues prevented us from traveling. We hired Resort Exit and they worked hard to negotiate favorable cancellation terms. We recommend this company!

WASTE OF MONEY. My husband and I contacted ***** at Fidelity Resource after signing the timeshare contract with Hilton. (11/2022) We were charged $5850. We started the process then the girl we were working with at the law firm left, and the documents we sent in had to be sent all over again. Fast forward to July, 2024. ****** finally foreclosed, my credit rating is in shambles, and I never got a dime back of my down payment. (nearly $7000)I could have just let things take their course and let Hilton foreclose without Fidelity Resource. I wouldn't have gotten back my down payment, and my credit would have been in shambles, exactly what happened with the HELP of the law firm, BUT I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN OUT $5850 to Fidelity Resource.

************** contacted us 60 days after hiring and was very pleased with the lawyer hired for his case. The attorney presented him with several options and ************** chose to let the attorney supervise a legal foreclosure. The attorney protected you during this procedure and you are not responsible to pay over $60,000 in a consumer finance contract! Your home is free of any liens associated with your former timeshare debt. Your credit card charge was never part of our agreement, but your lawyer sent a letter to the credit card company to dispute those charges, as a free service. It took your timeshare resort almost 18 months to report the non-payment of your consumer debt to the credit bureau and your attorney is trying to have it removed. Im sure you will be pleased once that is removed!

We feel fortunate to have found Fidelity Management for help us get out of our resort contract. They thoroughly reviewed our case and prepared the paperwork for the law firm. Our experience was much like the others posted here. The resort developer used delay tactics at every turn, even with simple correspondence. Thankfully the law firm negotiated a favorable settlement, without having to file a lawsuit. We recommend Fidelity Resource to anyone needing help with their resort contract!

While in ******* we purchased a timeshare for $78,000, with monthly payments for 10 years. The closing was recorded, and our signatures were notarized on site. It was extremely fast-paced and high pressure. Once we had time to actually process what had happened, we felt misled by the whole thing and, about 4 months later hired Fidelity Resource Management to get us out, through their contracted Law Firm. We found this process to be a bit frustrating as well, because of the length of time and long periods of inactivity, thinking nothing was being done. The law firm informed us that delaying was part of the resorts strategy, and asked us to be patient. Being thorough, we decided to call the resort, and they told us that they knew nothing about a law firm representing us!Our lawyer disclosed all the letters and filings to us, showing us they had been working on the case, despite the resort's claims. That's when we decided we just needed to step back and let them do their job. We finally received the contract cancelation notice after 19 months! Fidelity did an awesome job, and answered all of our questions throughout this frustrating process. We will never sign another contract without a lawyer's review!

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. The legal system has to be fair and impartial, but can also be manipulated by companies with very deep pockets to slow the process. My advice is run don't walk away when a salesman presents a stack of legal documents to sign without the ability to properly review them!

The record shows the law firm retained for your case was able to secure cancellation of your Mexican timeshare contract in a very short time frame. However, you chose to keep your timeshare and declined the offer. Our services have been successfully fulfilled.
