    We had our pool deck in Feb 2021. The paint or material they used left paint runs on the pool deck edges. When I asked him about fixing it, he said he would send his people to take care of it. I have photos - it was never done. Was told 5 yr warranty - nothing in the invoice mentions this however I have an IM that states it is a 2 yr warranty. By the end of summer 2021, it started to peel and flake - really bad. Due to family illnesses with covid etc, was unable to contact him until March 2022. In April 2022 he finally responded and said he would send someone to look at it and get me on the schedule asap. Have sent several messages - asked for the address and time he could come; gave the address and said I work from home so anytime he can come. To date, not heard from him. I am filing a small claim against him. $**** for crappy work is unacceptable. I have photos from the beginning to the end of the job. If anyone would like to join in, reach out to me. Seems like we could get the DA involved with this.
