  Superior Concrete Solutions **** of ********** ******* was hired to resurface our Garage and Laundry room with an epoxy type gloss finish design in early-April. Half up front, and the rest upon completion. Well make sure that you don't pay Efr*** before he puts the "topcoat" on. Ours bubbled up THREE DIFFERENT TIMES! Not one time has the owner even came out to view his shoddy ans unacceptable work! We have been battling this company now for 5 and a half months. This guy will put you off and "we'll be there next week" you to no end. All this for a 4 day job! W have just gotten fed up working with this person and company and have decided to let the court handle it. Oh, for anyone's information this company id not licensed to work in ******* or in *******. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

  WARNING: YOU CAN LITERALLY DIE trying to walk on his concrete floors when wet.I DID like ****** as a person.... Very energetic and CAN BE very approachable. But after he gets his money, he will not honor repairs that are needed and while his floors are beautiful, THEY ARE LIKE GLASS when wet and a person can get killed falling on such a SLICK surface (I'm glad I have none of his work in my home). I had him do a concrete garage for me last year and every member of my family has fallen on it. Naturally, it rains and cars have to be parked in the garage.... so, from time to time you get water on the floor and it is incredibly hazardous. I had to buy a floor squeegee because he will not come and fix the floor I made him aware of this and the need to add more sand to the polyurethane coat to decrease the likelihood of a fall. He assured me he would months ago. What have I heard from him??? Crickets. He ghosted me. Bottom line, he's just dishonest. Consider yourself warned

  We contracted Superior Concrete Solutions to resurface our Pool. I told ******************************* I abosulety did not want my pool painted. He texted me to tell me he would gunite my pool. I paid in full. When his men came out they Painted my Pool with supposedly 2 coats of Paint. I doubt that even. I found ****** to be hot headed, poor business person. I like his installers a lot, i think the worked together well, and tried to do what they were told to do by ******. Problems:1. they did not cover main drains when painting. To refill the pool i had to clean the lines, several times before i could get flow through the lines. We had three baskets full of paint, and gook.2. Workers failed to clean up afterwards. ****** scream at me over the phone for telling him that.3. Now have discoloration after only six months. He said he would come out but i don't expect a return visit.4. I gave him a deposit for doing tile, and ****** said he would send me a check. I have never seen the deposit. I really do not want ****** or his company in my life anymore, too stressful.

  Caveat Emptor! We got an estimate and allowed him to talk us into expanding the scope of the job. We were looking for a cooler deck solution around our pool. We ended up spending thousands of dollars on an amateurish application that is hot in the summer and dangerously slippery when wet. He did not “correct any cracks in the concrete to create a level canvas” as promised in our proposal. He assured us that as a military veteran he has a strict attention to detail. That’s not what we received. The surface is cracking, flacking and peeling. This mess will cost me thousands to repair in a suitable fashion and product. Please do your due diligence before giving these people your money. Reviews are available here and online. Don’t make the mistake that we did. This should be zero stars.

  Efrain and his amazing crew did a fantastic job on the concrete floors of our home. Not only are they beautiful and everyone who walks in, give a huge WOW! but super easy to clean. THANK YOU EFRAIN.

  Efraim did a great job on my shop floor. I flew him up to Jersey first class to do the job. He knocked it out the park like I thought he would based on all his videos and photos from his marketing. Floor is very strong and 3 years later still holding up like day one. A good vacuum and scrub with soap and water and the floor looks like the first day he installed it. Highly recommend him.

  If I could give this company negative stars I would. Our $**k concrete job is the biggest mess. The owner has not stood by his word and lied about insurance. Now we are left with a dangerous and ugly pool deck. I wish I would have done my homework before hiring this scammer.
